Ok so as u can see there are other people who have had it here so i dont have to do this but im actually gonna take the time out of my day to explain how arrogant theyve become.. Keep in mind i was going here since birth up until a few months back.. What put the nail in the coffin is the fact that i havent slept right in almost a year and finally decided to call here to get some advice after trying everything else.. The doctor had no problem going right to a prescription after 5 minutes so i told her i needed to think it over because i have a hard time trusting medication.. I call back a week later ready to go and for whatever reason her mind was changed and she all the suddden forgot she was right about to give me some pills and changed her statement to that she thinks i should try natural things first which i clearly stated i did and that i should see a counselor (which i was at the time, although she couldnt prescribe hence the reason i went here) i finally got tired of calling after multiple games and proceeded to tell them that i was tired of being messed with and im gonna be done here soon.. Shortly after i get a discharge letter. I called and asked why and they said i was rude to the dumb c*** who wasted my time and spread my personal business around to the other employees.. So yea i was a little pissed by then and proceeded to tell them to go f*** themselves and hung up AFTER getting the lady to agree i was treated unfairly there in the past on multiple occasions.. Lol thats great isnt it? They even agree that they screw ppl. How professional.

Incredibly disappointed, angry, and sick. Called to verify appointment for the following day, the office called back hours later to inform me after waiting for over a month, my appointment would have to be rescheduled due to lacking medical records. I signed releases and moreover, verified the appointment, but it is the patients responsibility to obtain the records I wasnt aware they did not recieve. Ive been ill for over two months and apparently will remain so until I find another doctor to take me, I will not reschedule within an office with such a lack of communication and caring for the patient.

The doctors are amazing. The nurses are great!! The receptionists....not so much. They apparently think that they have a medical degree or are qualified to diagnose or give medical advice. When I ask to speak to a nurse or doctor for my children, never an issue. When I ask for myself the receptionist wants a bunch of personal details. Not just a generalization. Ive personally heard them gossiping about patients and I dont want my business to be spread that way.

front desk is completely and utterly useless.. care used to be good but now half the doctors left.. the receptionists like to start problems and play phone tag when someone is calling about very important issues that is affecting them and when you get annoyed they take it out on you.. f*** this place
