When going to a last of the min. Terrible pain I need to come is as soon as possible. 8/5/15. I was seen by a Doctor that was fairly new to Family Medicine Associates. Dr. Lovelace new and was prepared about my case when he first walked in the room, and I found that surprising. He sat and reviewed what Id already been through with past visits and treatments. I never heard of him before so when I got home I Googled him right away to find out more about this DR. I read he was fluent in four languages, Id say five because he spoke my language that I could understand. He did not talk over my head, put things in simple everyday terminology. It was refreshing to have a conversation with a Dr. not only who understood about my problem which was the "shingles", He knew how to convey what was going to happen as far as the stages I would go through and what to expect the treatment along with the medicines I would be treated with. I left there feeling very confidant that I had found the right Dr. I will from this day on choose to have him as my permanent Primary Doctor !

From the moment I parked my car I began to regret coming here. I walked in to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The facilities were falling apart, nothing was clean, signs everywhere made you feel like some sort of criminal. The office smelled disgusting, employees would not look me in the eye, I was passed from one person to the next and eventually decided to cut my losses, and go find another doctor before I even made an appointment. I would hope nobody has to endure treatment at such a place.

After waiting for 45 mins...staff comes out and asks who is waiting for David Allen or lanna ? 8 people raise their hands....sorry folks but both are running over an hour !!! This is the 3rd time this has happened !!! They are oh so sorry...but come on !!! Unacceptable to waste peoples time like that...time and time again....

Appointment for girlfriend at 245. Its 334 still not seen. If youre late passed 10 mins they cancel appt. Boy that makes no sense.

Extremely long wait times. A 15 minute appointment will take at least an hour, sometimes an hour and a half.
