I was sent here several times. Once for a pre-employment physical and the next time for a PPD placement. Both times were horrible experiences. Im going to go in detail about the second time. I arrived at the facility at 1:55pm. I let them know I was on my lunch break so that they are aware Im in a hurry. With which the male receptionist responds to me, " well you shouldnt have come on your lunch break!" Extremely rude. I tried to explain it was the only time I can stop by but then realized why am I even trying to explain my personal situation to this person? Anyways after waiting like half an hour I go up to ask how much longer and was told they need to call the hiring agency that sent me there because something on the requisition was written in a manner that would make the check in process harder for them. They havent been able to reach anyone so I have to wait. I asked can we just proceed with the way it is because again, Im in a hurry, they tell me no. 20 minutes later they call me back up to the counter to tell me that now we are going to just proceed with the way the req was written because they couldnt reach anyone. Exactly what I had suggested earlier. Wait time is now creeping up to 2 hours!!! I go back up to the counter and it turns out my paperwork was misplaced and I was never even placed into the queue to get called in!! They were never going to call me in!!! I waited there, wasted 2 hours of my life that Im never getting back. I ended up having to leave without being seen. There were no apologies, no sympathy, nothing. They dont care about their patients, they show no respect for peoples time. They are worse than the DMV. And even HIPPA is out the window for them. They discuss your information loudly and within ear shot of everyone. They are rude to you if you miss a question on the paperwork. I dont understand how they are still in business.

Very awful doctor and managment. I had a deep cut on my ring finger. I went there at 7:15am and I was told to come back later because their is only one doctor on duty. Later I was seen by this rude and unkind Dr. I had a very deep cut on my ring finger from operating a chainsaw. The doctor didnt even clean my wound nor listened to my concern. He pressed so hard on my very painful finger and later stated I had an infection on it. He just wrote me a prescription, put bacitracin and bandage on the infected area without washing or cleaning it. Very awful dr and lousy practice indeed. Manager has nothing to say about my complaint when I told her. Doctor advised me To keep the injured finger dry till healed to prevent further infection and for the open cut to heal properly. He declined a doctors note for my work, when I requested for one. I told him that the nature of my job requires constant hands washing. Lousy doctor told me to constantly wear gloves( wearing gloves doesnt mean i shouldnt be washing my hands; beside, it will further irritate My opened skin; thus making it prone to more infection). No pain medication was offered and no instructions as to further dress the wound myself. I had to go to a different clinic for a better service.

I had an appt at 130PM. Upon arriving, I was met with a jam-packed waiting room and a receptionist that informed me that there was going to be a long wait. Why would you make an appointment if you couldnt honor it? I understand things happen but maybe a phone call prior saying they were running behind? My time is valuable and it seemed poorly managed. I didnt leave the office until after 3pm. On a positive note both the nurse and doctor were great (5 stars to them). They seemed very over worked.

Years ago i was injured on the job. My job Insisted that i go here because its part of their workmans comp doctors. I told them my injury and the doctor said it was a "lumbar sprain". After months of treatment, i was still in pain. I forced my job to allow me to see my own doctor. My doctor made me get a MRI. Turns out a had a huge herniated disc, not a lumbar sprain. Thanks a lot concentra, i should have sued for misdiagnosis.

The doctor was nice but the wait was ridiculous. Although I had to wait 1 hr due to not being able to pee enough because I went before I got to the site I still spent 2 hrs and 10 mins and arrived at 7 on the dot when they opened. I also waited about 45mins to an hr for my physical in a room wondering what was taking so long.

Not happy right now with this place. They open at 7am but cannot take urgent care patients because they only have one doctor thats ridiculous. People go to places like this because is quick and convenient . They need to change this at least put different hours so people dont waste theyre time going there at 7am.

Went for a drug screen and physical exam for employment...after spending several hours there they said I have to come back another time for the physical exam...very vague people...not a fun way to spend your whole day

I do NOT recommend his place to anyone, worse enemies only. They are slow and appointments mean nothing to them. Urgent Care is a much better choice.
