I wouldnt even give the place one star. I experienced a lack of customer service, lack of communication in the pediatric department. I scheduled appointments twice to come to the facility and find out doctor I had scheduled appointments with was not in the office, not a phone call nor an email letting me know. I was beyond furious the second time it happened. And of course they always have an excuse.What I got from the staff was Ex: I didnt schedule this or that. Who cares who scheduled it. At least call the patient and make them aware that they no longer have an appointment and not waste our time driving to your facility and finding out when we get there. I am very disappointed with this facility I have officially no longer want or need services from a medical practitioner where they cant communicate with their patients. I work in the medical field myself and communication is so important. After 15 years of me and my family being cared for by this facility I find myself using pediatrics for the 1st time and they sure didnt impress me by dropping the ball on is in 2015 twicw and I am beyond disgusted. So long Ill go elsewhere.

gastroenterology If there was a 0 star I would give them a 0 star. I had an appointment with them today and it was with Chtistine Calabrese, APRN. I never met such rude and unprofessional person before. From the moment she walked in she started speaking to me like I had a hearing problem, or some one who is lower than she is. Very obnoxious and very unprofessional medical worker. She was yelling all the 15 minutes until I told her to stop talking to me in that tone and after I corrected her, she told me that she was done with me. Again, very rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. I dont understand how she is still having a job, but she made me get up from my chair and just leave.

My child has special needs and should not go out of the house when sick. Due to missed appointments that were missed becuase of him being sick I was told I needed to find a new doctor. Smh.
