Atrocious “leadership” – if you would even call it that from this employer’s “human” resources department!! All C.H.R. “human” resources leadership people ever focused on or cared about was trying to win employer awards for the sole purpose of boosting the organization’s image. (And selfishly advancing their own careers in the process too.) During the entire time I worked for C.H.R., the “human” resources leadership was very ineffective. And even kind of unethical too!! There was constant pressure put on us as employees by human resources leadership to answer those “top workplace” surveys with only positive scores and comments so it would push C.H.R. to the top of the Hartford Courant Top Workplace list. My views are it was just so human resources leadership could selfishly take credit for this and boast about their own career accomplishments. However, workplace operations issues and employee relations conflicts were rarely ever dealt with in a professional or effective way by C.H.R. “human” resources. All they ever did was push everything off on somebody else, instead of offering practical and effective human resources management and oversight. If you have any workplace issues or experience retaliation or other forms of conflict at C.H.R., don’t expect human resources “professionals” here to help you one bit!!! All they are ever going to do is push everything in the opposite direction through the organization’s ineffective hierarchy because they are too lazy to deal with it or help!!! Once you do encounter any workplace conflicts or issues at C.H.R., your only real option is to transfer or quit.

Simply the worst imaginable HR team Ive ever dealt with in my whole life!!!! HR at this company, Community Health Resources was totally obnoxious!!!! They were very rude, dismissive and plain incompetent in my opinion!!! And they really didnt care very much about their people working for them either. All HR at Community Health Resources tells you to do: "check with your supervisor...... Im not sure but you can check with your supervisor....." Hello??? Does anyone in HR at Community Health Resources know anything at all, or is every standard answer to "just check with your supervisor"??? If somebody works in HR for a reason, then its to be able to answer basic employment questions. But instead of HR doing their jobs, all I saw them do the whole time was pressure their people to give all high marks across the board on those best regional workplace recognition questionnaires. Hhhhmmmm........ lemme think about that one for a minute....... Pressuring your people working for you to give high marks on employment satisfaction questionnaires...... Yeah thats really ethical and good business practice!! (LOL...... obviously) Seriously though, HR here at Community Health Resources is just plain awful and only cares about themselves and advancing their own agendas and career development!! Pitiful really that those in charge of HR at this particular company are still there, when in my opinion I feel like some of them should have been replaced a very long time ago...

Definitely agree! Turkessa Antrum, the head of HR at this agency is just plain awful! She was a two faced snake who basically lied on me and got me fired from my job. Thats probably why all that terrible stuff is written about HR on Glassdoor. They need to get rid of her. Fast!!
