Was sent here for workers comp. I waited for over an hour in the lobby then when finally taken to an exam room was told it would be another hour before I would be seen. Meanwhile I hear staff saying how they want to make sure they get out at 5 when they close. They ended up seeing another patient before me who walked in 30 minutes after I did just because that person had a fit over the wait. A doctor spent maybe 3 minutes in the room and said I was "probably" going to be fine. Then I get a text message for a follow up appointment after they did nothing. If Im "probably" fine then why would I waste another 2.5 hours of my day? What could they possibly be rechecking? The whole experience was unprofessional and I will make if I need to be seen for workers come I will request a different practice.

Very unprofessional. They do not listen to their patients. Everything is done on their time with no consideration for individuals needing to be seen. I was told to wait one hour, 30 minutes in, I was then told to wait 2 more hours. I asked to reschedule. Associate could not be bothered with scheduling me a new appointment. Im forced to go here through my job. If you can find another urgent care facility please do so. Pretty sure this place works on the benefit of the employer and not the well being of the employee.

Unprofessional, didnt provide proper HPE gear for my physical test. Told me I had to come back with my own hazmat suit ($300 to purchese one with a full face respirator) if I want to complete the HPE test. Confronted employer about it and they said that the site is supposed to have suits for testing. Both sides have no idea what they were doing so because of concentras lack of communication with the employer I lost an opportunity for employment.

I absolutely loved the Greek woman physician but Jamie the office manager should be terminated and the young kids there are totally unprofessional. What they have done to me was illegal ...I called the district supervisor s but second time I called they ignored me. The office personal on Jamies direction refused to let me talk to the physician Id seen or give her a message.

Do not go there, they charged my husband $160.00 after over 30 min waiting time. He had problem with his leg, the x-ray machine did not work, so no x-ray for him. The doctor did not help at all, the medicine she prescribed was Ibuprofen 800 g. I mean ...really? That is all your help for this money? Young doctor who has no idea...why she is even there if she can not help people?

Worst urgent care experience ever. Waited an hour and half for an employment drug test and physical. When I was finally seen, two men stepped in front of the eye exam chart when I was in the middle of reading it and proceeded to have a conversation which completely blocked my view. After my vitals were taken I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for a doctor.

had to go for a work physica. i was the first one in the door and still waited an hour to be called. then the staff acted like i was a chore and bothersome to them. dr benetiz complained to me about his lack of sleep and being tired and was obnoxious. i have never seen a person dislike their job so much.

just waited 30 minutes filling out forms to tell us that we couldnt be helped and needed to see an ob/gyn. dont need my time wasted when I have a girl here bleeding heavily (maybe a miscarriage.) girl at front was rude and not very helpful. will not refer anyone here again.

Everytime I go here, of I have an appointment or not I have waited 2hrs to see the provider. I could understand having to wait for a walk in but if my appointment is for 10 I expect to be seen by 10:30 the latest. Thats the point of making an appointment.

Horrible service dont even waste your time, the wait is always 30 minutes per person. Unacceptable! Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else, horrible customer service! Its not looking too good for them right about now! THERE THE WORST like seriously

Went here with serious pain and discoloration in arm, was given 15 muscles relaxants and to come back in a few days. Had to end up going to the hospital for several days for a DISLOCATED and FRACTURED arm. Do not recommend

I, visited Concentra Urgent Care in New Britain for a PLS physical. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. I didnt have to wait too long. Although, I would not have mine waiting because the office was very clean.

Nice people, but waiting over an hour for scheduled apointment. So you have to explain to your employer youre going to be out for atleast 2hrs for a 10 min. Check up. However physical therapy phenomenal!!
