Oh my goodness. My wife recently switched away from here and I should have followed her. Was looking for a new PCP and thought Id try here. Scheduled a physical and had to schedule it 2+ months out. Day arrives, took the afternoon off, get there and they inform me that someone supposedly called me a month ago to try and reschedule because they overbooked! I informed them I never got a call and they then said someone even left a voice mail. Never got that either. I asked why they didnt try again and they said they tried once. I also asked why its my fault they overbooked. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I just laughed and walked out. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. This office and doctor staff are a joke!!

Dont bother wasting your time with the feel well center in Plantsville. Was a brand-new patient scheduled for a first visit/physical had to wait two months for the appointment. The appointment was today and people are coming out of the rooms complaining about the wait time. I was sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes until i ask them what was the wait and they said the doctors two hours behind. So I then asked to reschedule the appointment and I have to wait two months. Not the response I was looking for would been nice if they at least gave you a heads up when you sign in at the doctors running behind but who cares about your time. Im self-employed so my time is money.

Donald Kagan is the most caring Physician I have ever had, thorough, takes the time to listen, he and his staff go over above and beyond. You dont find that now a days..very lucky to be a patient of his.

I like the doctors and staff a lot. Dr Greene and Dr Kagan are both personable and good at what they do. the wait times are horrendous. Bring a book and plan to be there for a while.

Absolutely terrible it is a walk in clinic yet have been turned away 3 times because they are to busy or under staffed. Well not be going back again
