My father in law was confused and had a broken hip and parkinsons. I asked for a bed alarm and was sure it was installed. Two days later he stepped out of bed and recieved 2 staples in his head and bruising all over his body. The rooms look nothing like the photo. The physical therapist told that with his walker he could walk the length of 2 football fields and he had a cough that I asked them to check although they should have known to check when working with the elderly. The next day he was released. When we got home he could not get up to stand. I got him to his walker and he barely made7 steps and the cough was pnuemonia and he is now hospitalized. I would never recommend this place.

PT was excellent. Having to wait over an hour a few times for pain meds was not good. Most of the staff on my floor were wonderful.

This place gets a solid five gold star because Brandon is a member of the staff.He is a truly bright and dedicated person.
