My experience here was not a memorable one. I visited the Meriden office for a simple checkup, I waited in the lobby for an hour before my name was called; when I showed up I was 2nd in line (I scheduled an appointment ahead of time). The staff took back four people before I was brought back. When I was brought back I was told I had a wrong form that I gave to them when I first walked in. After telling the person that my form was the correct one they brought another women back to tell me again that the form was not the correct one. Once again I talked to the second lady who told the initial woman to bring me to another room for the examination. When I was brought back a third lady came in who was either the head doctor or nurse. This lady in particular was the one who made the experience go south. She came into the room telling me that my papers were wrong and that I needed a different exam form in order for her to carry out the examination. After asking for her to provide me the form since she thought it was wrong she proceeded to tell me no and subsequently threw herself down in a chair with her arms and legs crossed. Never had I ever once yelled at this lady nor did I become argumentative, but she surely came in the room looking for a battle with her stern, egocentric demeanor. I have never experienced such a rude person in my life, in a health care setting. To describe her she was short with long black curly hair. If you ever encounter this lady please run as far and as long as you can just to be safe. This post is not an exaggerative one, instead It is full of truth. The New Haven branch is a much better branch to visit, the only reason why I drove an hour away from New Haven to visit the Meriden branch was due to the New Haven branch not offering a physical check up service.

They gave us false statements related to the payment. initially, they told us that the insurance is covered for medicines as well, but i got the additional bill today for the medicines. When i called hospital, they simply said we don;t know and we never say that. Why the hell patient has to lie with the hospital. they asked us to contact the billing section and they made us wait over phone for more than 30 mins twice and finally the call was disconnected. My wife had a problem after the treatment and she had troubles reaching the hospital staff. We dont recommend this medical center.

I get really nervous in any medical situation... This is literally the only place I dont fear. They have been nothing short of amazing to accommodate myself and others. The staff is friendly and reassuring and do their best to help you if they can. I live in new haven and could literally walk to the planned parenthood in town... But every time I call, I am met with rude phone operators who simply dont seem to care. Ill happily drive a half hour out of my way for the Meriden clinic.

I went here one morning, I walked in an hour before they were closing. I was accommodated and got what I came in to do. I have never met a more friendly, caring, and genuine staff. They did everything they could to make me more comfortable and lighten my mood. They were the best medical staff I have ever encountered and I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking any care they offer. I will be making a donation. :) thank you!

The staff is very good and cares very much. They let me walk-in late in the afternoon on a weekday when the Waterbury PP had to schedule me an appointment for a week later (my schedule, my fault, but it was great that they were open that late). The waiting room is dingy, but not uncharacteristically so for the area that the facility is located.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience here. I was nervous to get the Mirena, and was very emotional at the time due to some other personal trouble. The CA was incredibly empathetic and kept checking in on me during my whole visit, even when I was with other caregivers.

Full range of services and very dedicated, helpful staff. Wasnt sure what to expect (went in with my teenage daughter) but they were great the whole time. Very respectful of my daughters decisions.
