I came into Dr. Pangs office after just moving to Plano and was in need of new contact lenses. He was very thorough and pleasant. His staff was very accomodating of my two little boys and I got through the appointment with them still happy. I was unsure about how my insurance worked as I had not yet used it for eye care, but the staff were very knowledgable and patient with me. I would reccommed Dr. Pang to anyone I know.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Pang to my daughter. My daughter has a very high astigmatism that make her contact lens wear very challenging. Dr. Pang worked with my daughter patiently and gave her different options. We finally decided on the gas permeable contact lenses and she has been seeing great since then. The staffs are very helpful, professional and thorough. I recommend them to all your eye care needs.

Dr. Pang is one of the best medical practitioners that we have ever had the pleasure of using. He came in 3 hours before his clinic even opened to accommodate my daughters school schedule, just to make sure she got the right fit for her new contacts. He is truly dedicated to the well being of his patients and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs eye care.

Lady selling glasses was very rude after I didnt want to buy their extremely expensive glasses and was going to buy them elsewhere. Prescriptions where terrible regardless, they were so bad I had to go some where to get it done properly.

Dr. Pang was great to work with. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed very specialized contacts (Sclera Contact Lenses). Ive worn glasses all my life and at 50, I was final able to get rid of them!! Thank you Dr. Pang!!
