This dentist office is horrible, the staff is rude and unprofessional starting with the receptionists in the front, to the xray technician the Dominican male. The dentist DR. king is a crook the ran my insurance as if they performed a check up however its been 8 MONTHS since my last appointment. They didnt clean my teeth in fact they refused to clean them, because I asked them specifically to do it. I told them I had a filling (on a tooth thats cracked in half) and would need it to be renewed because it was done 3 years ago and its Waring down. Dr. King was basically shooing me away telling me to use sensodyne could you believe that? I also asked if I have any cavities (mind you I know I have cavities because I was told from a previous exam at another dentist office just didnt have the resources to get them done at the time) she claimed she "didnt see any" so what does that mean yes or no or you have to double check? What kind of answer is that if u get a blood test at the hospital and ask if you have an STD they dont respond with I didnt see any... On top of that the wait time is horrible and its not that clean sorry dont ever go here!!!!!! They are scamming you they run your insurance and do the least work possible just to,move on to the next client!

This is the WORST dentist office that I have ever been to (and at over half a century old, I have seen more than a few dentists !). From unacceptably long wait times (over 2 hours today and 4 1/2 hours at my initial x-rays, exam and cleaning) to calls not being returned to receptionists who look at you like you are crazy when you complain, this place is the pits. Dr Sherman totally ignored a cavity (dental malpractice if you ask me !) that turns out to need a crown and he was always in a hurry to get you out of the office. I guess he knew he was leaving and just didnt care anymore. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. One exception was the new dentist that I saw today-Dr Goodbinder. He was very professional and understanding about why I was so aggravated about the office and I think that he did a great job today.

Avoid this place. I didnt get the work I needed done and my teeth have deteriorated further. the dentist was rude and so was the squirmy regional manager when I complained to him. He also was misleading when he said he will find an experienced dentist. he sits and gossips with the girls and is no way qualified to work in a management position in health care. He is very disrespecful and doesnt have any ability to handle or take more serious problems seriously. He also cries alot over bad reviews. The receptionist talk openly and loudly about patients stuff. This is inappropriate place and not managed or supervised on a professional level by the owner Dr. Fensterstock. Keep far from this place.

From all these reviews I can only assume that they changed management teams and decided to hire people who worry more about quantity than quality. I just came back from a very disappointing experience after many years being a loyal patient at this office. The hygienist (blond dreads) was more interested in getting me in and out and ignored two complaints about pain and my gums hurting during the cleaning. Instead of fixing the issue her first reaction was to tell me "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" Just terrible. I went and spoke to I guess the woman who was the office manager? and she nodded her head and told me "OK." Great job guys! Lost a patient.

I went to get a chip filled, the front upper tooth, the doctor filled it and scrapped a lot of my actual tooth. When I looked the results, on of the front tooth was shorter than the other. I am very disappointed with the results. It was a very small chip that didnt need all that scraping. I wish I had never done it. The waiting time I good, I didnt wait to much, the when the doctor comes to see you they are really fast. It didnt take him long to do it. I felt as if he was rushing through it. I really regret doing it.

I have been coming here since I was 5 and had no problems in the past but as of recently, I have trouble scheduling an appointment and when I finally do get one, I can never seem to see the head dentist. Its disappointing because I dont get properly diagnosed which could be disastrous to my teeth/ health. This has happened to me twice in a row and its sad. They have too many patients then they can handle and dont have the capacity for it.

Very hostile environment . I went to accompany my mother who doesnt speak much English and from the beginning there was a failure in communication between the translater and the doctor about the procedures to be done. the dentist was very rude when I went to clear up my mothers misunderstandings and walked out the room leaving my mother in the chair. If youre looking for a new office please STAY AWAY from this business

Literally the worst experience Ive had at any dental/medical office in my life The wait time is astronomical. Their periodonist canceled her appointment with me after I had been waiting in the office for more than an hour and she sent out one of the receptionists to tell me. Never going back to them again. Am including one star ONLY because you cant post with zero.

This place is the worst! They do not return phone calls. They do not care about patients or their needs. I have tried numerous times to make an appointment and also to talk to their insurance person to find out what insurance they take - not one return phone call! Do not even consider calling them.

Excellent and quick services. I never have to wait long before getting call which I appreciate a lot. The personnel are very attentive and amicable and extremely competent. Ive been to this dentist a total of 5 times and so far its been great. I highly recommend this dental office.

Do not go here… I repeat WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The waiting time is terrible just like Dr. Schartz unprofessional attitude!!! Expect to have more x-rays done than needed at this overcrowded and overbooked HELL HOLE… They are all about the money not about your care!!!

SO FAR SO GOOD, THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING! THEY WERE PROMPT AND I SAW THEY WERE ON TOP OF THEIR PATIENTS. I RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE!
