Worst place ever. I took off my braces 3/18/16 and I still have not received my retainers. They gave me an appointment for today and I came all the way from Pennsylvania (recently moved) just to have them tell me that my retainers will not be ready until two more weeks. I did not even receive a call. They are very irresponsible/unprofessional

Made an appointment for 1/4/16 only to be told that the specialist isnt there on Mondays, so thats an hour I lost from work. Not even an apology. Very unprofessional! This complaint is towards the clerical staff and not the professional staff since I never got to see any.

I am a patient of Dr. Maras at Westchester Dental Services. She is the best. I used to be very afraid of the dentist and she is the gentlist and most experienced dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Came in for a cleaning and took over two hours. I am writing this review from the dentists chair... Been waiting for an hour. I asked if they were really busy today and they said no... Hmmmmm, wouldnt recommend.
