Getting LASIK was the absolute best decision of my life second only to marrying my hubby and having my kids! My eyes went bad at age 9 and after wearing coke bottle glasses for a few years and contacts for many many more years I was SO done with it all! I had the surgery with Dr. Lusby at the Torrance office and it was amazing. I will admit I was nervous going in, but seriously 10 minutes for both eyes, a great nights sleep (they give you some pills to make you sleep) I woke up and could SEE. It didnt really impact me until I grabbed that first shower and when I went to get the shampoo I could actually read which was shampoo and which was conditioner. For 24 years that had never happened!!! I m a year and half post surgery and still seeing 20/15. Even a month post surgery I was in Hawaii and snorkeling for the first time in my life without having to use a prescription mask or wear contacts and get salt water in them. It was a whole new world under there!!! If I could give them TEN stars I would. Do your research, be sure surgery is right for you. The entire NVision team were professional, courteous and supportive throughout the entire process.

I had Lasik eye surgery on both eyes yesterday (12/21/12-the end of the world LOL). In less than 24 hours, my eyes feel and look fine and I can see perfectly. There was some discomfort for a few hours after surgery, but I slept about 4 hours and it was gone. My sight is now so crystal clear, especially when I put my old glasses on and compare how bad my vision was before surgery. My eyes obviously arent healed, but its a good start. The staff at NVision Torrance were great; They explained everything to me beforehand and were very professional. Dr. Lusby is an excellent doctor. He explained the whole procedure before the surgery and there were no surprises. As far as surgery goes, it was quick and fairly easy. I believe the surgery took less than 5 minutes per eye. Another thing, the follow up visits for one year are included. There is also a vision for life program. One thing to mention, which I didnt know about before my first visit, is that there are financing plans through Care Credit, which have up to at least 24 months interest free payments.

I had been wanting to get Lasik done for many years and after doing much research, I decided on NVISION and it was the best choice I could have made. The staff from the receptionist on up was hands-down fantastic and made this a great experience! These folks are true professionals in every sense of the word and are especially great at guiding you through every step in a seamless manner. The surgery itself was a walk in the park and we were completed in no time. After wearing glasses and contact lenses for 35 years, seeing without them is a phenomenal feeling. As a quick aside, I will admit that I looked into places that advertised for less but upon further inquiry, found that there were certain restrictions involved (caveat emptor!). But of course, common sense prevailed and getting Lasik on the cheap can lead to disastrous results. Having said that, these folks are actually quite reasonable and I promise it will be one of the best investments you can make. I only wish I had done it sooner. Thank you NVISION! You folks are the best!

This place is great! All of their staff is awesome, they will answer every question no matter how many you may have. During the whole process they are super cautious with all of their exams and go over everything with you. For instance I have a scar in my eye so Dr.Brar came into room and brought it to my attention letting me know that it might bleed (a micro drop, but that was it nothing else) and if I was still comfortable going ahead with the procedure. I am so glad I did! My prescription was -5.25 and -5.00 with stigmatism and now I am told I have a slight bit of stigmatism on one eye as well as a bit of farsightedness (I believe that’s what it is called, my close vision isn’t 100%) but I cannot tell and the other eye is perfect no prescription needed. The procedure was very scary and I wish they would’ve given me the happy pill earlier because the whole process is so nerve racking. I definitely recommend NVision.

I did quite a bit of research over the last year. I went to TLC back in October, to see if I was a candidate. They determined I was, so I filled out my FSA so that I could cover the cost. Near Christmas, I received a letter stating that Dr. Wong would not be doing my surgery. Instead Dr. Lusby would performing it. I was very hesitant. All the research that I had done, and Dr. Wong was about to retire. I went ahead and did the surgery with Dr. Lusby, and am ecstatic. When I went back the next day for my one day follow-up, I had 20/15 (coming from about 20/200). After my follow-up, I picked my dad up from the airport, and we went golfing. I didnt even have to put my contacts in. Ever since, I have got nothing but compliments from friends and family. I love my new eyes. Thank you Dr. Lusby, Dr. Shin, and Stephanie.

I had lasic surgery two days ago and I am still in disbelief! It is simply the most amazing experience I have had aside from giving birth! My vision was almost instantaneously perfect, certainly by the next day absolutely sharp. The overall experience at NVISION was flawless. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, funny and completely professional. When I walked in I knew I have complete confidence in trusting them with my eyes. My husband who was my driver affirmed these feelings. The test, the procedure and the follow up was swift, painless and pleasant. I would not hesitate recommending this laser eye center to anyone!

I had very bad lasik surgery, elsewhere, so I know good from bad. At Envision, I had cataract surgery in both eyes. I had no idea I was so poor sighted until after my first eye was done. It was a miracle. Plus it fixed my funky vision, something the other Doctor could not do. The process is very speedy and the staff is wonderful. Your eyes could not be in better hands. Hi,I am a physician and was very concerned about doing a LASIK surgery. However, after a thorough research, I decided to do LASIK in NVISION. The staff are very helpful and nice. I did the surgery with Dr. Lusby, which took less than 15 mins .I was asleep all day after surgery with the help of medicine. When I went back next day to do my post-op follow-up, believe me, I felt that I started a new life with my sharp and healthy new eyes! Thank you Dr Lusby and NVISION team

I was fortunate enough to have the wonderful DR. Lusby perform my Lasik. I trust tested technology. I trust elite education. I trust experience. So I naturally trusted Dr Lusby. Its been about 8 months since my procedure, I had light sensitivity for almost a month which I was told could happen. It has since adjusted to normal. Getting lassie is like getting a super power, one minute you cant drive home, the next minute you the world is in HD. Costs but its good.
