Dr. Jane and Dr. Emily are awesome vets. I took my dog to Winter Hill for over 10 years, until she had to be put down (she was 16!). It was easy to schedule appointments, including Saturdays. I was able to schedule emergency appointments for the same day and email or call Dr. Emily when I had questions about my dogs health. Dr. Emily always responded within a day and was very helpful. It was difficult to put down my pup, but Dr. Jane made the whole process a little easier.

Very kind and empathetic vet. I came home to a dog emergency and the vet helped me through the shock of losing my pup, talked me through the next steps from a veterinarian perspective (necropsy, cremation, etc), gave me options and tips, etc. Not a fun experience, but she helped make it bearable.
