I recently moved from Illinois to Cambridge, MA with my puppy Atom. We scheduled an appointment at this location for 7/27 and confirmed the appointment a day in advance (hospital called me for the confirmation). A few hours after the confirmation, the hospital gets back saying "we cannot accept Atom because we are closing down for 3 months." This is wrong at multiple levels. Why would you make an appointment when you know that you are closing? The hospital kept me waiting for 2 weeks and then one day before the appointment calls me for confirming the appointment following that with calls to cancel it. I requested the store manager to move me within the Banfield network so that I dont loose my date and he was just not ready to do that.

I wish there was no stars... 1st visit, treated horribly but above all the manager, Jason has to definitely go get same anger management sessions and some serious customer service classes. I feel bad for everyone that continues to go there just because its convenient for them. May God bless all the pets that continue going to that shop and may they honestly treat them better than they treat humans. Very, very upset.

Every time I need To walk in my Dog for an emergency this location of Banfield hospital is closed! I swear... Every time! Many times during week days around 4 pm and of course today... Sunday. Their store hours says open but no doctor is available.

Not a pet hospital!! Be careful this is a regular by appointment vet. Emergency or drop in go elsewhere!!

They dont have any new pet appointment available until May. And its close ALL THE TIME!
