My 9 year old brittany Shayna had a torn right rear acl in her knee..with a partially torn meniscus. It was diagnosed by my vet last week Monday Sept. 11th, and on Wednesday Sept. 13th, she had the surgical repair at Dedham Veterinary Associates in Dedham, Massachusetts. Dr. BRIERE did the surgery very successfully!!! Everybody that I encountered at the vet hospital was incredible!! Dr. BRIERE is so skilled, kind, she explains everything, answers all questions, and made me feel very comfortable. All of the gals there from the front desk to the examination room were wonderful too. I am so glad that I was referred there. I was given specific instructions for post op care and I have to say my dog has had amazing improvements on a daily basis!! As of yesterday, Sunday, she is walking with all of her paws on the ground. I cant say enough about this awesome team..my husband and I are so very grateful for Shaynas care... and compassion and understanding in their communication with me. I am very happy I went there and relieved that Shayna is healing so well. I recommend this place as high as I can!! I look forward to Shaynas follow ups as its a pleasure seeing Dr. BRIERE, her assistants and front desk ladies. Thank you very much Dedham Veterinary Associates!!!

I found a large mass on my cats back late Wednesday evening; left a message with DVA asking for an appointment ASAP. Got a call within minutes of the office opening the next morning, giving me an appointment within the hour -- and keep in mind we were totally new to the practice, cat not established as a patient previously. We were seen quickly once checked in, tech was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the vet came in promptly. She aspirated the mass right there and examined it under the microscope immediately. I had results back in no time (benign!). I was prepared to be totally gouged on price for an emergency appointment but was incredibly surprised at the reasonable fee. I was also able to buy a flea/tick collar with the assurance that it can be replaced for up to 4 months if my cat loses the collar (a big concern for expensive collars with quick-release snaps, and a guarantee not provided from online retailers). I cant say enough good things about this clean, modern, accessible practice and their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Proud to have my cat under their care from now on.

My dog Titus had his third surgery in four years last Wednesday. Dr. Catherine Briere is a top notch surgeon and a wonderful, compassionate person. We also love Dr. Henry, all the nurses, technician and employees. My dog is extremely difficult to handle, but everyone just do what is in the best interest of my pet and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to people who need a place they can trust and put their faith in this wonderful group to look after their pets.

I have two puppies from the same litter and all the wonderful medical staff at Dedham Veterinary Associates in Dedham, MA were so welcoming and very caring the first time we brought our pups to them and every time since. They also made my husband, two kids and myself feel at ease with all the million questions we had being first time dog owners. My kids as I call them are healthy and thriving thanks to their kindness and care.

This clinic is very careful and gentle with my cat Ketty. Ketty, a rescue cat, is very afraid of people, but she is becoming a little less so of Dr. Beverly Mason who mostly looks after her. Dedham Vet Assoc is on its way to becoming recognized as cat friendly and already has a small separate waiting area for cats. I have the greatest confidence in all the vets at this clinic.

This place is terrific & provides excellent service. They diagnosed my cats ear infection, which had been completely overlooked by her previous vet, and their exam was less frightening & traumatic for her. They followed up the next day with test results. The front of the building looks a little unwelcoming, but do not be deterred. Inside it was great.

Dedham Vet is awesome. We have two dogs with medical challenges and they are both medically competent and compassionate. They are amazing. Definately recommend them. We left another practice after we went there for a dog surgery and were so impressed with their communication, follow through and competent care.

I take my senior dog here because I like the staff and vets. They are caring and comprehensive and their follow up is great. The waiting room is usually pretty quiet and they seem to run on time but they also spend time with each pet and I never felt rushed.
