WORST customer service ever!!! RUDEST person I have ever met if you have any disagreement with his services he chose to do. Always charges for things not approved of by the owner and cant remember what hes even done on an animal. He claimed he didnt do blood work but I found the charge for it on my bill even after telling him he charged me for blood work he continued to say he did not do blood work on the cat, had to re fax his own bill to him. He asked me to do a drop off at 9am called at 12:15 to find he hadnt even looked at the cat. Get a call back 20 minutes later that hes all set to be picked up. Hes way over priced compared to other vets and not very nolligable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

Super rude front desk. Ive never been to this vet before -- I called because my hearty indoor cat started coughing and I wanted to see if it was a big enough issue to schedule an appointment. I was told over 4 times that "only current patients" can get medical advice and since I "was not a current patient", they couldnt do anything for me. I was also told that they needed to have my old vet fax over records in order to "become a patient", which I doubt the old vet even still has. Its like they were making the vets office an exclusive club, which I totally dont get, and even told them so. Unfriendly, unhelpful, wouldnt trust them with my cat, wont get my business.

The entire staff at Mill Brook is amazing. I have never met a more caring group of people. I brought my cat in who was sick and lethargic and hadnt eaten in 3 days. Turns out she had pyometra and needed surgery. Shes about 15 years old so I was worried that the anesthesia would be too much for her. Kevin was confident that she would be ok. Her surgery was on January 9th. Today is the 15th and she is doing AWESOME. Almost back to her usual self. I want to thank Kevin and Dr. Baron for taking such good care of my girl. And also Danielle and the night staff who treated my baby like their own!

I just got a dog about a month ago and had no idea where to take him. I found Mill Brook Clinic through a friend and am so glad I decided to go there. They know my dog by name and greet him with excitement every time. They are kind and patient with him, even when he barks at them during shot time! My first visit the Dr. took extra time to make sure I had all of my questions answered. I highly recommend Mill Brook Animal Clinic.

I recently brought my kitty in and the staff was amazing - Dr. Purcell and Nurse Beth. I unfortunately found out while I was there that my kitty was very very sick. While I was waiting for the prognosis nurse Beth brought out a 4 week old kitten to let me hold and play with. It was such a nice gesture and helped me through the terrible news I was given. I thank them for being so kind.

From the Veterinarians to the Vet Techs, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We recently adopted our dog a month ago and have since begun taking him to Mill Brook. The staff were able to answer most of questions as well as able to refer us to specialists. We look forward to the quality care that Mill Brook Animal Clinic is known for in the years to come.

I have been going to Mill Brook Animal Clinic for 12 years. I even moved to NH 7 years ago and still drive to Arlington to see Dr. Fallon. My dog(s) receive the best care there and I know I can always call whenever I have any questions or concerns with the health of my animals. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
