I love Evergreen dental!! I have been going since 2007 and consider them a part of my healthcare family! Ive had nothing but professional care, expert work (had a root canal and crown), and top notch patient care- when I lost insurance they were able to help me get a care credit line to afford my emergency dental work. Dr. Fines and Dr. Patel are excellent and very kind and I love all the hygienists, especially Callie Sinner, she is great and takes time to get to know me as a person and talk about world travel and wedding plans... Im not just a number when I go to Evergreen dental! Also ladies at front are so friendly, and Michelle is a familiar face and I love to see the same people time after time, it helps me know they take care of there employees as little turnover of staff! Did I mention that there is a TV on the ceiling and they give you a remote?? And most amazing of all when I came in with questions about teeth whitening after I got engaged... to my AMAZEMENT they told me that they give FREE teeth whitening to brides-to-be as the dental office gift to the bride!! WOW!! I felt so valued as a long time patient and just reinforces the family feel environment and love I have for my dental office! I can not say enough about Evergreen dental and believe it or not I look forward to going to the dentist! Ps Im moving to Omaha after my wedding and still considering if I can keep Evergreen Dental as my primary dentist... they are that good! :)

I started going to Evergreen Dental because my husband has gone here for years! When he had his wisdom teeth removed they were very kind and friendly! Since that day I also have been going to Evergreen Dental. I recommend it to anyone that maybe looking for a fun and good atmosphere to be in while getting your teeth fixed or cleaned! They will always explain what they are going to do before they start- they also explain any problems you may have with your teeth! I dont have any complaints for Evergreen Dental! -Jessica Jensen is a dental hygienist who is very outgoing- she is good at explaining the different things. She has a fun and caring personality! -Chris Schmaltz DDS is a very nice and calm dentist. He takes great pride in what he does. He will never tell you anything other than positive things to better your teeth health! He is great at explain anything that they may do to your teeth such as fillings, crowns, ect. I highly recommend Jessica Jensen and Chris Schmaltz at Evergreen Dental- I havent had the chance to meet any of the other Drs or Hygienists but I am sure they are all great people to work with!

So, I had a great first experience with them, unlike the other reviewer. I recently just got my teeth fixed by evergreen, and its been a good experience so far. I hadnt been able to afford to go to the dentist since I got out of high school, which was in 2006/2007 and recently, have been able to get the right insurance to afford a trip. When I went in for the first time, they gave me the bad news that both of my six year molars, on either side, had some deep decay and that I might have needed a root canal on both. For just those two teeth alone to get root canals and proper crowns would have been several thousand dollars outside of my affordability. But, the dentist who saw me was able to fix it so that pulp caps went on them instead. He was able to wear away the tooth just enough so that it didnt fully expose my nerves, and saved me. In more ways than one. I am wonderfully happy. I may have to get a root canal in the future, but for now, Im happy with my teeth being as is, and I couldnt thank them more.

Over the last 5 years I have experienced a need for immediate denture repair, new dentures, bone grafting and dental implants. I was directed to Evergreen Dental on Main and University in Fargo, ND. Wow! I was relieved with how welcoming they were and how accommodating they were in an emergency. After the repair, I experienced more complicated needs. Dr Patel went through the options available and Dr Casey Fines skillfully performed several necessary procedures. I am pleased with my experience and find value in my investment. I recommend Evergreen Dental to people of all ages and circumstances. I also encourage people to put dental needs at the top of their priority list, because Evergreen Dental is here for us! They are my favorite dental office in town. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. I have visited other offices and believe that this is the best practice in town. They are honest and when you have things that could turn into cavities, they dont recommend to drill unless they know for sure it is needed. For my situation they gave me instructions on how to improve those spots and six months later they advised that those troublesome spots had improved and cavity drilling wasnt necessary. They have helped me with my flossing technique and my gum health has improved significantly since I have changed the way I floss. It is observable in my visits and I am thankful to Dr. Fines and the staff for their help.

Wow I have never had my teeth cleaned so well before! Trista my hygenist uses the perfect combination of water and suction. She always explains everything to me and is very gentle in her teeth cleaning approach.They have tvs on the ceiling so you can watch tv and take your mind off the fact that you are at the dentist. My dentist Dr. Schmaltz is very thorough and even commented that I have a class 1 bite! I googled that, and thats a good thing lol. Free Chapstick. Michelle at the front desk is always so nice and friendly. Awesome location right off university and main avenue. Did I mention free Chapstick!!! Its a no brainer people, Evergreen Dental is the only place to go in the Fargo/Moorhead area!

I have been to Evergreen on several occasions, with very positive experiences each time. Whether it be for routine cleanings and check ups or having additional work done, the staff are always very professional and friendly (from the front desk to all professionals with whom I have interacted while in the dental chair). I have had cleanings and crown work done and am very satisfied with all. The professionals (hygienist and dentist) explained what they were doing throughout the processes and work and gave opportunity for me to ask questions during the procedures. I am also very pleased with the availability of Evergreens senior dental plan which is financially helpful to me.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment for a very over due check up. I was thrilled to be able to get in the very next morning. After finding out the Hygienist I had been seeing had retired, I was a little nervous of who I would see. Jessica was very kind, gentle and thorough. She answered my questions about electric toothbrushes and even showed me how to properly use one. I also appreciate how they can tell you what is covered by your insurance and what isnt before they do anything extra. Dr. Schatz was also very thorough and kind as always.

From the phone call to make the appointment to the first time walking in the office, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Bright and clean welcoming office. They know what they are doing and they explain what and why there are doing things. The style of there office is different so you can hear the other clients(Not see them). I have heard children experiences and there were absolutely no crying! They are patient and work with the kids; showing what there using and how they feel so its not traumatizing to go to the dentist.
