I made an appointment at 2 oclock just to have a check up and a cleaning. i arrived around 1:50 to fill out some paper work, i was finished in less than 10 mins. THe waiting room was like a day care center, parents dont keep their kids in check, and there are lil kids running everywhere because the clinic overbooks what they can handle, i think the book appointments every 30-45 mins but when you have a family of 5 that books one slot, its not rocket science to figure out itll take more than 45 mins. So after about 40 mins of waiting, i was finally called to the back, where i then get hurried through xrays and what not and it was another 20 mins of waiting before the doctor even came into see me. she took a quick look at the xray and told me i had a cavity. ok fine, but instead of fixing it right then and there she sends me back into the waiting room. it wasnt till a little after 5 until i got called back again to get my one cavity filled. during the filling they are so inconsiderate, i had 4 hands in my mouth to fix 1 tooth, the guy that had the suction thing was probing that thing extremely hard, so hard that even the numbing shot didnt do squat. not to mention the doctor having one hand inside my mouth "filling" the tooth and both of them pulling my lips in opposite directions, needless to say my lips were bleeding by the time i was done. the cleaning took about 5 mins, and the filling took about 15 mins, and now 3 days later i have pressure pains on the tooth they filled. heres my surprise face that they fed up. ill give them the one star just because I got to watch all of Garfield, Spy Kids, and the first half of Mulan.

2011 wasnt without its issue such as insurance and payment. They tried to have me sign a disclaimer that said I am willing to pay whatever the insurance doesnt pay. This form needs to be avoided if you can. The work and the prices covered by insurance should always always be agreed upon and covered before starting the work. That disclaimer legally allows the business to charge the patient after the work is done if corporate feels they want more money for the work done. I understand corporate is covering their wallet butts, but the form is to vague and can be used to overcharge costumers after the insurance transaction has been completed. Staff- Some staff was fun to talk with while others were waiting to work on my teeth, but in all they were professional and easy to talk with Dentist- knowledgeable, smart, quick thinker, and gets you in her chair and out quick with a good job done Waiting area- yes, it can be a daycare in there but seriously, Im not getting my teeth worked on in there so WHO CARES (ref. pre-madonna prior posts) Work Done- 2X crowns, 1X Root Canal (Happy with work done but waiting on permanent crowns to be finished) Update 9/dec/11: they honored warranty work on one of the crowns without an issue. Once again the dentist was fast, efficient, and professional. All smiles here :-)

I agree with all the previous reviewers; this place is awful. The dentist was nice enough to me, but completely incompetent. The staff is also incompetent and constantly running late; even if you make the first appointment of the day you will be waiting at least half an hour past your appointment time to be seen. The clientele dont keep their children in check so the waiting room that at one point was nice has been destroyed. I had a crown done here that was a complete disaster. After getting the crown I obviously switched to a competent dentist who told me to go back and get it done right. To their credit, All Smiles did decide to replace the crown on their cost. It took them over 5 months to get it fixed. I visited the place about every 3 weeks to find that the crown that came back from the lab didnt fit my mouth, would get another mold taken, and make another appointment for 3 weeks later. Im sure the crown I have in my mouth is still very shoddy work but I was SO OVER that place. Avoid it if at all possible. Try Dr. Bruce Cherry in Arlington if you want competent, on-time, efficient care.

This was my second time to have an appointment at All Smiles. My appointment was at 4:00. I was there about 3:45. They called me back for x-rays about 4:30. The rude dentist came in looked at my teeth took all of about two minutes. Then told me to go wait in the waiting room. Waited there til 5:00 when the dental assistant called me to the desk to let me know I had a small cavity she proceded to tell me deductible information and also included that the dentist would not be able to see me today, because she was running behind on appointments.(Not my fault) I work full time and had my appointment set for six months prior to my appointment. The dental assistants were nice. But the dentist was so rude and not professional by any means. The waiting room was like a overcrowded daycare.

My daughter has been there a couple of times. The dentist she has seen was nice. thats the good! This clinic seems to be overbooked. You have to wait forever and the waiting room is always full! In my opinion thats the bad! The ugly-- The office staff are rude, not helpful, and you cant understand half of what they say! I have been trying to get a print out of my daughters bill that we paid, they keep telling me they cant give it to me. Coporate office said there was no reason they couldnt give it to me. Still i am calling and waiting! If you have another option for a dentist office I would choose somewhere else. Vickie May

The ceiling from upstairs was leaking and the assistant Daniel Mireles was rude and inconsiderate. The office manager Elizabeth Cardina apologized however was rude as well this location isnt the same since it was All Smiles. I watched Ana as she assisted someone with the same paper work she gave me but offered me no assistance. When I told her what I witnessed she walked away from the desk and didnt return. The only person I interacted with a good positive attitude was Esmerelda C.. She was manner able and pleasant. However I will look for another dentist she cant help them all.

I called to get some information about being accepted as a new patient. The receptionist obviously didnt care. She was short and rude. Not to mention that I called the main office in Dallas bc thats the number my list of providers from my insurance gave me and the chick there was rude as well. Its like they have so many patients they cant keep up with them! Needless to say, I hung up on receptionist thats in my county because I didnt want to be a part of their services by taking their rudeness.

Dr. Dixie is a great dentist, but unfortunately I will have to find another one because the front office staff is rude, obnoxious, and a headache to deal with. Particularly Esmeralda. The front office treats you like you are justify another patient. I asked if an authorization (that was supposed to be sent over in February) had been sent over for my kid, and she said yes before I even told her who my kid was. If you want to feel like you, or your kids matter, dont bring them to this office.
