VIP Dental Care is the perfect name for Dr. Jackie Stanfields dental clinic. Dr. Stanfield made me feel I was a VIP at every visit; never a bother, never just another patient. You will be hard pressed to find a dentist who is more dedicated to her patients and profession than Dr. Stanfield at VIP Dental Care in Flower Mound, Texas. I will be forever thankful to Dr. Jackie Stanfield for giving me such a beautiful smile. Due to terrible experiences in the past, for many years I failed to seek proper dental care. In Dr. Stanfield I found a dentist who, without judgement, not only understood but wanted to make sure my experience was a positive one. I felt it was her highest priority to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Mission accomplished! There was never any doubt I was going to receive the very best: care, treatment and materials. Just as importantly, I wasnt told I needed a lot of unnecessary over-treatment. Dr. Stanfield took the time to educate me so that I can property maintain my oral health and sent me home with a bag of goodies I would need including instructions on how to use them and just as importantly, why. I seldom write reviews on the web but Dr. Stanfield has made such a huge difference in my life I felt compelled to write a review. Thank you, Dr. Stanfield! I highly recommend!

Ive stuck with Dr. Stanfield since the day she opened her practice 25 years ago. I mean that literally as my patient number is a single digit! That is testimony to the level of service she and her staff provide as I stick with service providers who actually provide service! Shes and the staff she has built are tops! She keeps the office technology very current. For example, her practice has this CEREC machine that mills crowns right in her office. This means that wait time for a crown is measured in minutes instead of weeks! My last crown took 8 minutes to mill! Watching her design the crown on the display, in full view of the patient in the operatory, is akin to watching an artist at a canvas.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Stanfield for many years. I can actually say it is a pleasure to go to the dentist because she and her staff are so compassionate and understanding of the issues most people face when going to the dentist. She provides distractions such as headphones or tv to help patients have an easier experience. She has done a wonderful job of taking care of my teeth all these years, including explanations and visual representations of what she needs to do. Her expertise, coupled with the manner in which she treats her patients, makes her practice unique.

She is passionate about a patients oral health and how it may be connected to the patients overall health, seeking the true cause of a chronic dental issue and how to address it rather than doing and re-doing the same procedures over and over. My experience with her was in her job as mediator with North Texas Dental Society. She claimed she got Dr Regan to refund 1/2 his fee for an unsuccessful root canal, but the refund never came. After several weeks I pressed her to encourage Regan to honor his agreement she became angry, then flustered, and finally hung-up in mid-sentence. She cannoy be trusted and is NOT recommended. If they saw anything that was "not quite right with my new crowns, they sent them back to the lab to get it right.
