OMG!!!Where do I start on why they deserve a 10 STAR! I went into this other dental office in July for my routine cleaning and they suggested that I get my crowns replace since they were over 8 years old. They didnt hurt and they never gave me any troubles but I agreed and setup an app to have two crowns replaced. The entire process was HELLLLL it lasted for two whole months. Why? I left there with THREE crowns and a root canal and in extreme PAIN. The pain was sooo unbearable I made at least 3 visits a WEEK to the dentist complaining about the PAIN. surprisingly i remained Calm and understanding throughout the whole ordeal until I requested for them to remove the crowns and do them over because they seemed so bulky my bite was off my jaw was slatted. And thats when i received ATTITUDE. So I politely left the doctor filled a lawsuit for my money back and WON! So i had to seek a second opinion elsewhere. I chose this dentist based on the reviews and it was close to my job. I went there told them my issues they sympathized with me and told me that they would remove the crowns and put new ones on. I just left HEB family dentistry yesterday with a temp crown on one tooth and I woke up feeling EXTREMELY@ PEACE. They prescribed me pain meds but i have yet to pick them up from the pharmacist but I really dont need them!!. I really wish i knew the doctor name and the dental assistant that operated on me yesterday. I will come back and update with their name but I ONLY want to see THEM TOGETHER every time i go. They were so passionate about getting the issue resolved for me. I woke up for the first time in 2 months without a headache. I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT FOR THANKSGIVING!!! They truly dont understand how they changed my life i REALLY felt like there was not any hope for me. They get you in and OUT as well. I walked in to a lobby full of people but only sat there for less than 5 minutes before being seen. Oh let me not forget the receptionist are also VERY PLEASANT and customer Oriented. I especially love MARIO hes extremely helpful and generous. Ive never in my life left such a lengthy review but I had to give them their props. I felt so good this A.M. i called in just to chill out at home and enjoy the OLD me(Pain Free) LOL.!Oh and it smells Soooo good in there. Ive called my insurance to let them know this is my primary dentist for now on.

Dr masters and Dr Patel are very knowledgeable of their profession they build special one on one bonds with their patients to properly assess their concerns and needs of course because not everyone has the same exact issues but they got me in were able to tell me what the damage was and what was needing to be done and procedures were quick and painless... I was greeted by from staff immediately upon entering the door and before I got to take a seat, I was called on that a seat has become available the nurses there are extremely friendly and do a wonderful job at making you comfortable and that matters most for the uncomfortable children. The young lady that handles and communicates with the insurance companies goes by the name of Mel is awesome, knows her stuff and works very hard to work things out to get your teeth/ mouth concerns taken care of also an awesome intern by the name of Catrina I believe it was was trained here and has a very positive attitude is doing a great job she did my exrays not painful or irritating at all overall I would recommend this establishment for all of your dental needs... I am proud to say that I have found me a new family dentist..... Great place a must check out!!!!! Thank you Dr Masters and Dr Patel awesome people very honest..... fast easy scheduling and rescheduling as well....

I keep going here out of convenience but I continue to dislike this place. I may start going to a different dentist, in fact. One time, I was pressured to have my fillings redone because my ex-rays came out in a way that they couldnt tell if I had a cavity under them or it was just a bad image. The dentist that did the fillings is an excellent dentist out of Addison. They could wait until the next xray to better tell but still had a way of making me feel pressured to do it (the female dentist). Another time I came in and they forgot my x-ray completely. Another time I they were supposed to refer me to another dentist, but I never heard from the other dentist and I had to call. Also, I have blue cross and blue shield and didnt see that they had filed with them until months later. So I guess the point is all of these little things start to add up to where the place is kind of starting to irritate me now.

I love the environment at HEB Family Dentistry. Ive been in to see Jacque for a cleaning several times over the past year and she is always so sweet and friendly, and answers ALL of my questions. I never have any concerns about whats going on with my teeth because shes taken the time to show me why theyre doing what theyre doing. Dr. Master is very prompt and professional, and I always feel comfortable bringing up any concerns. I had a wisdom tooth taken out not long ago and was back at work the same day with very little pain (YMMV). They also do appointment reminders via text message, which is GREAT for me, and have always been very flexible if I need to reschedule for whatever reason. Overall great experience with Dr. Master & his staff :)

Ive been coming here for over 5 years. Ive referred friends and family who are now patients as well. This place is seriously the best. Whether at the original office or the new beautiful office, its always clean and neat. The staff is always very friendly and professional. My dental hygienist Jackie is amazing. Dr. Master and the other dentists are awesome. They truly care about your teeth/oral health here. Ive never had any issues. No billing issues, no long waits in the waiting area nor any poorly done dental work. I would highly recommend you make them your new dental office if youre looking. You will not be disappointed! I moved all the way to Mansfield but I refuse to go anywhere else.

I have been going to HEB Family Dentistry for over 6 years now, The staff is wonderful and always cheerful from the time you enter the front door until the time you leave. Dr. Rushi Master has worked on my teeth and helped me to get my smile back. He made sure I was happy with my teeth as well as made sure I was comfortable. Not to mention Jacqueline Forte-Retana one of the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had in my life. She is simply outstanding in her work ethic, her professionalism and overall her attitude. She has made every visit to HEB easier to come to. PS. I normally dont like Dentist.. But They have changed my views greatly. I highly recommend HEB Family Dentistry.

I went to H-E-B Family Dentistry in extreme debilitating pain, from a tooth ache. I called them and explained what was happening! they told me to come in for an emergency evacuation at 2 pm. The time i called was 12 noon. I got there at 12:30 pm, and they saw my pain. They were able to squeeze me in immediately to relinquish my problem. They helped me figure out a way that worked best with my insurance to get my mouth back to a healthy state and pain free.. Everyone was extremely helpful, and very understanding, patient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Master and his team of excellent assistants, and staff! 5 Star, Stamp of approval!
