This has been by far my favorite dental place to go too. They are super easy to reach and call you back super quick if you leave a message. They get you in if you have are in need of emergent care unlike some dentists in the Southlake that I have experienced. Everyone in the SL Floss location have always gone above and beyond to help and have always been so nice. You can tell that they are all very serious about giving great customer service and taking care of the patient.

I really like everyone at Floss Dental. I do prefer having my teeth cleaned by a Hygienist instead of the dentist. Also, I am used to getting a "goodie" bag when I leave the cleaning appt. with floss and toothbrush in it. I have not ever gotten anything when I leave except kindness and another appt. I do wish that was different. But everyone treats you with dignity and respect and I feel as though I am getting good dental care.

My Invisilgn outcome was great thanks to Dr OConnor. She took additional steps to ensure I was happy with my final results. Olivia and the rest of the staff at Floss Southlake provide excellent customer service to their clients.
