This is my all time favorite Dental practice. Dr. Allen is my all time favorite. I like her so much over other dentists I drive 45 min from east Dallas to trail creek and sometimes that involves sitting in downtown rush hour traffic but it is worth it. She always cares about my comfort and overall health related to my teeth. She is very creative and an artist as well as Dentist. The office staff are all so professional. Courteous, kind, sincere and timely. If I am on time for my appointment I have never waited more than 5 min before they take me back. Lets not forget the hygienists. They are also wonderful. Well trained, confident, courteous and professional. They are also very supportive of each other helping each other out to fill in gaps or to expedite a process. I have never heard anyone complain or whine about their job or duties. I highly recommend Trail creek Dental for all your Dental kneels. It is a great family oriented practice as well. Did I mention the exterior design ? A beautifully crafted waiting area with lots of open space. Even a full waiting room does not feel crowded and the open concept for the dental work area is cool as well. I actually enjoy my visits to TCD.

My name is Miles, I recently had a root canal at this location with Dr. Jennifer Allen. I did not experience ANY of the pain or discomfort I so often hear about surgical dentistry. It was quite the learning experience. I asked for a thorough narrative as she did the procedure and she kept me involved and informed the entire time. I would be lying if I said it didnt ignite a small bit of love for the dental profession. Very cool tools and techniques. I have to get another crown soon and honestly I cant wait. I learned the material they put in your canals is a rubber substance from a tree (Palaquium gutta). The tree is harvested for this purpose alone! Thanks Dr.Jenny!

I was nervous to try a new dentist for my children, as I didnt know what to expect. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. When the hygienist came to get my first child, she was sweet and thorough, asking about allergies and health history. The next hygienist came to get my youngest son, who had never been to a dentist before, and she was excellent with him. Her name was Nancy, and I was very impressed with the way she interacted with him. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Allen were both personable and very knowledgeable. They answered questions without making me feel rushed. I really enjoyed our experience here and will be coming back.

I highly recommend Trail Creek Dental. I first started using Trail Creek back in 2012 or 2013 for teeth cleanings. Since then I have had my wisdom teeth pulled and now braces. I was not a huge fan of going to the dentist but I must say they do outstanding work. The staff is very friendly and professional. I currently live in Richardson and drive to Euless which should speak volumes if I am ailing to drive over 45 minutes. I have several dentist around me but its hard to find a good dentist like a Trail Creek. I am not one to leave reviews but I feel obligated to leave one if you are looking for a great dentist office.

Trail Creek Dental (TCD) where have you been all my life? After a bad experience with a former dentist 5 years ago, I decided to get a second opinion at TCD and ended up staying. The office is very nice and the receptionists will greet you with a hello and smile. Dr. Allen is the absolute sweetest and professional dentist. She will place you at ease before an examination and tell you the truth afterwards. Nancy is like family and performs my biannual cleaning. She is gentle and makes suggestions to prevent future dental issues. I am so glad that I found TCD. They are awesome!!!!

Ive been going to trail creek dental for 25 years. I started seeing Dr Phil when I was about 4 years old. He is a special man that truly enjoys his profession. Ive also never had a cavity. Some says its genetics, i dont believe thats the case since my parents both have "bad teeth". I say, Ive just had the best Dentist in the world. Ive recently started transitioning to Dr Allen since Dr Phil is retiring. She is a wonderful Dentist and Im so glad Dr Phil has shown her all his tricks!

My wife was referred to this dental office by her boss and has nothing but great things to say about them. I went ahead and took my daughter today who needed some extractions done. They were able to fit her in today and get it taken care of and they were very reasonable. Total difference from what we were used to from another location and pretty much charges almost double. Great place, highly recommended. They will now have three new patients with my daughter my wife and myself.

Trail Creek Dental is an awesome place to go to the dentist. The dentists do an amazing job on teeth cleaning. Not only are they efficient in the work that they perform on cleaning your teeth, the care that they provide to you and your teeth is very gentle, not brutal and painful. Also, the dentists there are the nicest people to talk to! I always have a wonderful experience every time I go to the dentist. I walk out of every appoint with my mouth feeling clean and happy.

I hadnt been to the dentist in years due to lack of insurance and came in expecting the worst. When I got there the front office staff greeted me kindly. I didnt have to wait long at all before my hygienist Angelica got me. She was so nice and caring. She walked me through everything she was doing. Then Dr. Allen looked at my teeth and was very kind and explained everything to me. It was a fantastic experience!

By far the best dentist I have ever seen. Dr. Allen and her staff are kind, compassionate, and most of all honest. I have referred many people to this practice and will continue to do so. Her staff found a way to help me get veneers on my front teeth. This is something I had wanted for many years but was overwhelmed by the cost. They found a way to make it affordable. What a gift! 5 stars!!!!
