First I must say that my review is not a reflection of the front desk at all. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. I went to Jefferson Dental in Lewisville, because I was having pain in my front tooth. Once I arrived they took many X-rays, and after the Dentist looked at them she informed me that I needed to have 12 fillings and 2 root canals. I thought that was very strange since I had never had that many cavities before, and I had just been to my dentist from my home town 7 months prior and there had been no issues. I decided to go through with one of the fillings for the tooth with pain, and they seemed to do a good job. A few months after this incident I went to my home town dentist that I had been going to my whole life. After he looked at my X-rays and my mouth, he was infuriated that a dentist had told me that I had that many cavities. My Dentist said that there was absolutely no need for 12 fillings and 2 root canals. He said I might need one filing in the future, but even that was not an emergency. I do not recommend Jefferson Clinic. The price was very affordable, so maybe if you knew exactly what you needed to get done then you could go there, but I would not trust them to tell you what you need to have done.

Beware!! Do not go here!! I had just relocated from another state and never had such a bad experience in my life. When I was getting examined no one really spoke to me and even when the dentist sat down he didnt introduce himself or even speak to me at all. He was speaking to his hygienist only in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish and it seemed thats all the entire staff could speak. When my exam was over , the billing person that didnt look any older than 17 or 18 years old told me that I had 15 cavities and that my insurance didnt cover it so I would have to pay several thousand dollars. I said there was no way! That I take care of my teeth and if I had that many cavities than I would have some sort of pain. Which I had none. I also said that there was no way that I could afford that even if I did have that many. She said, well we can pull your teeth for $50 a tooth. Then I knew that they werent legit. Any real dentist does everything that they can to save your teeth and pulling teeth was last resort. I got up and left.

dirty clinic I am one patient doctor since 2012 really I dont like that clinic I recommend to dont go and believe staff work what the tell first time always they change first deal my teeth never had problem no paint and she broke good one to get more money not including first deal they always talk Spanish I remember one time while she making operation one assistant I think her name ABY she was helper that time smell bad odor misty when finish I had conversation to her coz I dont know that bad odor from doctor or nurse and I asked her wow u look fresh today like some one jus took shower and she said actually my last had a shower was 3 day ago,,,,, I said now I get the point for me is not surprise how the stink Mexican mom but this place dental clinic not el rancho grocery choose is yours different price bad doctor dont know how her patient taking care long time to wait and dirty associate

Yo traje a mi esposa a que le hicieran un Puente y resulta que en primer lugar el dia que se lo iban a poner no lo mandaron correcto del laboratorio y nos tubimos que ir sin puente, y en la segunda ves el puente le quedo bien pero antes de ponerlo se rompio, aqui la cosa es de que quien sabe que material usar para sus cosas pero eso si te hacen firmar antes yo creo k para deslindarse de cualquier cosa

I went to get my exam and cleaning done at the clinic. The office was clean, welcoming and I was a little late to my appointment but they understood and were still able to get me in after I arrived. I met Dr. Stubblefield, who was really nice and courteous. She told me everything I needed and explained the reasons why. The manager thoroughly explained the treatment plan and offered various payment plans and discount options since I didnt have any dental insurance. I was able to get my fillings done the same day and I left satisfied with a clean smile! Thanks to all the staff and management at the clinic! Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

I got a really bad infection in my tooth and with being pregnant I really didnt want to waste any time getting rid of it. With a doctors note approving me to be worked on, they accepted me immediately, asked me to come in 45 minutes later. The office is very clean and everyone is extremely nice. There is a bit of a wait for everything but with only one doctor running the whole floor thats to be expected. They accepted me and removed the tooth the same day. They talked to me the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend them in the future and will be going back.

For me and my wife, finding Jefferson Dental in Lewisville has been one of the most gratifying experiences ever. Weve been going there for several years now and have fixed nearly all our teeth for thousands less than the competition. But the best part has been the wonderful relationship we have with the entire staff led by Alicia. Shes shown us compassion, understanding and professionalism in a very real sense. And, of course, we would not be returning without the unequaled skill and professionalism of the finest dentist weve ever had the privilege of knowing - Dr. Stubblefield.

I am 62 years old and have been to MANY dentists in my life and travels. If I could give you TEN stars, I would! This is, by far, the best Ive EVER been to. SUPER COURTEOUS and respectful from the receptionists to the assistants and Dr. Stubblefield is the most phenomenal! Very gentle, thorough and explains everything from the x-rays to why she was replacing my composite fillings. I love this office and I, my whole family, the gentleman I work for, and his family will all be going there. Thank you all SO MUCH!!!

Some people sets appointments because they are in a schedule. Whats the point of a 10 oclock appt and it has passed one hour already and still not being seen???? Be courteous to others time and accommodate the appointment. It is frustrating, paper work and insurance verification should take in place before appointments and especially if customers(me) requested all those information before arrival. My insurance were verified before ccepting appointment time given! Ugh be more professional

My wife went there this past Saturday and told me that they were a lot faster in getting her in and out of there, comparing it was last year. This was one of the main concerns we had; every time we went there; we would end up waiting for about 40 minutes just to get waited on and then waited another 30 minutes for the Dr to see us. NOW, she was in and out of there w/in an hour. Keep up the good process you have here and we wont have to look for new dentist.
