Heres what I found in comment by another user and I totally agree with her and thats been my experience Im only giving 1 start because I have to, to post the review. I went there back in March 2016. When she ran my insurance, at first she told me I have to pay for my flouride treatment. Before this, I never paid a single penny for basic cleaning because my insurance covered it. When I asked her to double check, she agreed that I didnt have to pay $49. So I went ahead and got my cleaning done with her (ONLY because I didnt have to pay). I found multiple things wrong with her: 1. She finished cleaning my teeth in less than 10 mins. (Mind you, Ive been getting my cleaning done for over 7 years and no one has finished cleaning my teeth in LESS THAN 10 MINS because they had another appointment waiting after me. 2. After she was done cleaning, I did not see any difference in my teeth before and after. It felt like she just ran her utensils over my teeth and not actually clean it because I still saw some stains. 3. Usually when I get my cleaning done, my teeth would look a whole lot cleaner and to an extent would shine. Hence, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. After she told me to come back and pick up my treatment plan, she turns around and tells me I owe her $49 because she read it wrong? Well, my problem was, if you were eventually going to take money from me, I wouldnt have gotten my cleaning done in the first place. I wouldve gone somewhere else. My insurance allows 2 cleaning/year, hence my 1st cleaning of the year was a WASTE. She was indeed knowledge and professional, but not trustworthy and her work as a dentist in very minimal. Nothing what I expected and honestly, she let my expectations down. I dont mind paying but you cant fool anyone. I suggest you dont go with her, only if you trust her enough you can.

I went to this office multiple months ago and received a deep clean which I paid in full while there. The service and people were both very good. I scheduled a follow up at that time for months in the future and when the time came up for it I was not able to make the appointment and had to rescheduled. We have had a lot of family medical issues going on so I needed to reschedule 2 other times. Well today I had an appointment at 2:30. I came into my work office to find out that I needed to be at a meeting at 2:30 the same time. I called the office at 20:27 and left a voice mail saying I would need to reschedule. I was in the meeting and received a voicemail saying that I was late and I would have to pay a fee for not showing up. I called them back and said I left a message and they continued to tell me that I was lying and that they had no messages from me. I told them to not bother rescheduling and cancel anything further. I will not be paying a cancellation fee. I have a screen shot of my outbound call with the time stamp as well as the duration showing I left a message. I was a good customer who paid with just bad timing issues.

First time patient, went to see Dr. Palhan yesterday to fix a broken tooth that I waited way too long to get checked out. She and her staff were amazing! Very friendly and personable. I ended up needing to have a root canal done for the first time in my life. I had always heard horror stories about having root canals done and the pain thats involved so when she told me I needed to have one my heart about sank. She explained everything to me and even drew a diagram of what it entails. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable especially after she promised there would be no pain, I said lets go for it. Well she was right! No pain. Took about 45 min to get it all cleaned up and a temp crown in place. I never thought Id say it but "Im actually excited to go back to the dentist" in a week to get my permanent crown set. For anyone who doesnt have a regular dentist they like or anyone who hasnt gone to the dentist in years, Id recommend seeing Dr. Palhan and her staff. It really was a great experience.

I went to this office this past Friday and it was AMAZING! The office staff was very professional and down to Earth. They made sure that I understood everything that I needed, and what the cost would be for each thing. Dr. Palhan is very good at identifying the things that need to be done with your teeth and gums,and she does it in a way that is clear to understand and that wont break your pocket. I had to get a root and scale cleaning and even though it is a tough process they made sure I was comfortable and she took her time with me and I was so happy that I had a dental assistant and a dentist that were making sure that they werent hurting me and that I was getting the proper care that I needed. Just seeing how much she cared about my gums and helping them to get back to normal meant a lot to me, because I was afraid I was going to loose my teeth because of my gums. I would tell anyone to go there so you can get the best treatment with nice people who genuinely care about your teeth. Simply AWESOME!!!
