My children had their 6 month scheduled, unfortunately they had strep throat so we had to cancel, I called and no one in the office answered so I left a message, to reschedule for today. Well unfortunately my daughter had to go to the ER, at Cooks children hospital in Plano. So we missed our appointment again. I called the dentist as soon as we were discharged. At that point they told me due to the last two missed appointments we had restrictions on our appointments. I asked to speak to the manager, she was very rude and acted as though my childrens ER visit was a made up excuse. She said she NEEDED to know why we went... ummmm HIPAA VIOLATION. There is no reason for them to know why we were in the ER. She kept going on about how its not her problem and that I have to understand how it looks to them.. ok 1. I guess I should have brought step infected children into the office last week. And 2. While Im sitting in the ER holding my scared child calling right at that moment isnt the first thing on my mind. When I told her I will be switching Doctors and will be writing this review, she yelled "thanks for your compassion" and slammed the phone and hung up on me. This was the OFFICE MANAGER. Horrible horrible customer service. I guess thats what you get for a Medicaid office! I can not wait until May when my children are no longer on Medicaid and I can take them to a professional office. We will miss the Doctors here they were great! BUT BEWARE- I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE ER AND HAVE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT HERE, OR YOU WILL GET A HORRIBLE WOMAN ON THE PHONE YELLING AT YOU AND HANGING UP ON YOU!

We love bringing our daughter to LKD! The front team is very professional and pleasant, and they work to accommodate us when scheduling our appointment. The team in the back always makes us feel welcome and greets us with hugs and high fives. The dentists are kind, knowledgeable and thorough, and our daughter loves them! We highly recommend LKD for your childrens dental needs.

Awesome staff, very professional and made us feel right at home! The visit went very smooth the dr was great with my son he warmed right up to her. The waiting room was very clean organized and my boy loves the little play room they have. By far the best pediatric office around.

I highly recommend this place! From the front desk to the dentist, this place is absolutely clean and a amazing! The staff is very friendly and professional and gave a tour of the place and even a gift!!
