Gaurenteed bad experience. First, it is a bad location; you have to cross three lanes of 55 mph to get into and out of parking lot. Secondly, and least important is that when you walk it seems that the rent is all they can afford. Meaning it’s bland, with construction beige on the walls, small waiting room with miss-matching chairs that were probably given away on craigslist. Next they escort you into a small dentist room and go through anything that has been done and should be done on your first visit. Before they will give a cleaning, they escort you into a second office to go over financials. While sitting in this room you have a chance of looking at the dr. credentials. By the way it’s a ma and pop type business where the husband does the finance and the wife is the actual dentist. But she went to school at the school of the pacific and then other small schools for accreditation. Anyways, they send in the Mr. Mathew, I have moved all over the country and looking at there pricing it is at least 30% higher than usual. On his sheet it also has payment options, several have interest paying them. After working on the price, we came to an agreement; I paid 2K cash and was going to start work the following week. He called back the next day, said there was no availability but when I probed he said he didn’t like the agreement we had come to and wasn’t going to do the work. All in all the location is bad, the owners try to rip you off, and the actual dentist does not have a good bed side demeanor or am I comfortable with her credentials. The only bright note was the receptionist was nice, and so was the hygienist. I was in a bind it was to close to work, and was going to give a shot just for convenience but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. If I could give this negative stars I would. I bought one of those teeth whitening kits from Smile America that was only $70 and on the back of the brochure the recommended this dentist. I went in 2 days later to get the whitening kit, molds made etc. The $70 also included a cleaning, x rays, and the mold for your trays. Didnt get the cleaning but thats the least of my worries. The doctor I met with has 0 bedside manner. Opened up my mouth and counts to 8. I asked "8 what?" she just responds with "8 cavities" I panic since Ive never had a cavity in my entire life and that is thousands of dollars in dental work. I left the office called another dentist to get a second opinion, come to find out I have one I need to get filled and one that I need to fill down the road, but its nothing of a concern right now. This dentist is fraudulent, they will try and take all the money you have. Would not recommend to anyone. I will be contacting an attorney today. I feel bad for anyone who has had work done here considering they probably didnt need it in the first place. Shady business.

I have had a couple issues with my teeth that popped up back to back, but this office has always accommodated me and found the time to get me in quickly. The pricing is pretty great and they even have a discount if you can pay in full the same day. The dentists and staff have always been very friendly as well and they have always been quick and gentle with me. Almost no pain at all and absolutely no problems so I have lost my fears of the dentists office! I always feel warm and comfortable and secure in the skills of the dentist and assistants. Great views too! The lake you can see from your chair in each room and its very calming and serene.

Came here in a lot of pain on pretty short notice on a Saturday afternoon. Service was quick, extraction was practically painless, and price was very fair when comparing to others Ive been to in the past. That alone is worth it, but the staff are super friendly and just make you feel comfortable. Dr. Mathew is very professional and informative. Very good experience here, I cannot recommend them enough. Im not sure what was wrong with the guy who posted about having to cross a busy street, roads sometimes have cars on them.. Anyway, of all the different businesses Ive given good reviews to, this place stands out as the overall best in my mind.

Gloria is my familys hygienist who provides excellent service at Creekview Family Dentistry. She is the best hygienist compared to many hygienists we have experienced from many dental offices. We feel fortunate to have her as our hygienist that she took her time to clean our teeth to ensure that all stains were removed and educate us the ways to improve and maintain good oral health. My husband, my son and I were very happy with her service. We also like a friendly receptionist, Viviana who made us to feel welcome and explained a procedure clearly while we were at the office.

Today was my 1st visit here! I am a new patient and was welcomed with open arms! Everyone there are so personable and cheerfully they make you feel welcomed right when you walk in the door! Very clean, honest, and not very expensive not to mention they also offer payment plans for those who need it! I went home and have already recommended this office to many co workers and family! I look forward to going back! I came from a dentist office that was similar and was very skeptical of trying a new office but Im very glad I made the switch! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have been going to this dental office for many years. I think 7 years at least. Dr Mathew and her staff are all very professional, caring, and do great work. Ive had crowns and a dental implant started and finished through their referrals for the oral surgeons to do part of the work. Dr. Mathew finishes up perfectly. They have also made both myself and my husband dental mouth guards to protect our teeth at night as we both grind our teeth. Such a great job!

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing. They make you feel right at home and really communicate their genuine desire to help you solve any dental issues youre having. What really impressed me was the fact they have several payment options for people without dental insurance. They do everything they can to make things as affordable as possible. It is very evident that they truly care about their patients. I am SO glad I found this dental practice!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Mathew for over 15 years. Every appointment is a great experience. The staff was courteous. My dental hygienist was very nice and explained what she was doing and all the procedures. They are very efficient. The hour is up before you know it. The view of the lake from the chair is always a plus. I would recommend everyone to take the time to see Dr. Mathew and staff at Creekview Family Dentistry.

Im always sketchy about dentists. I just dont want them to do anything that isnt necessary just to get money. It was not like that here. They were all very kind and informative every step of the way, explaining what I need done and breaking the prices down for me. I never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. I was very pleased with them. I set up another appt for myself and a "happy checkup" for my daughter.
