I was leery about getting my children an appointment because of my past experiences. I heard Rabile Family Dentistry was having a $49 special for Kids Cleaning, X-Rays and Exam, so I called and spoke to the Office Manager to set up their appointment. She was VERY Helpful and VERY kind and assured me that my children would be in good hands. Of course my kids were scared going in, but the lead dental assistant put them at ease. She is extremely good with children. My kids LOVED MISS NEMESI, and still talk about her to this day. I was impressed with Dr. Rabile, she explained everything to me and allowed me to ask any and all questions that I had. I did not have this kind of experience with other Dentists. She also allowed me to set up a financial plan for work that needed to be done because they were not on our insurance plan, whereas other dentists required FULL PAYMENT at time of service. I will say this, I would rather pay full price to this office anyday because they have excellent customer service and truly care about their patients. Another thing that you should know about this office is that they are community driven. They just finished a clothing drive for a Local Womans shelter. This is truly a FAMILY dentistry.

I needed a lot of work after going too long between cleanings and neglecting a couple of issues. I expect a dentist to be a little judgmental when I go to him or her with problems of my own making, but Dr Rabile was empathetic, conversational, and even funny. She helped me prioritize services to effect immediate pain relief, stop worsening problems, and maximize plan reimbursements. Im a benefits professional, so Im always interested in the end user experience. I found her explanation of my planned services, expected insurance benefits, and out-of-pocket costs clear and candid. Scheduling my three or four visits was painless, and even though the office appeared moderately busy, I wasn’t kept waiting long for appointments. Her assistants offered, at my preference, to either prep the instruments before bringing me back to minimize my time in the chair or to seat me and prep in front of me so I could see the seals broken and be sure of the sterility of the set up. That was an unexpected nice touch. I’m generally pretty curmudgeonly, and I very seldom review anything/anyone on any platform, but this lady really impressed me.

I took my friend in today for two extractions. We were informed it would take an hour. We were there ten minutes short of TWO HOURS. The staff is unprofessional. Dr. Rabiles assistant is more concerned with dancing and singing than waiting on patients. My friend was very nervous so I asked the Dr for nitrous oxide. She said it would take 25 minutes. No where have I ever been that it took over 3 minutes to work. I realize now why 25 minutes. Because it would take them 22 minutes to hook up then the 3 minutes it actually takes to work. Unbelievable price too. $400 for 2 extractions and three xrays. Ridiculous! Bertha took FOREVER to check us out. She said the care credit card was declined. It was absolutely a good, active account. She just didnt know what she was doing. Very unprofessional, highly overpriced. BEWARE.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rabile for two years and counting. My entire family receives care including my one year old son. Dr. Rabile is very good at her craft. She explains everything and gives you many options but mostly she provides reasonably priced treatments that work. If that wasn’t enough she has the best staff that I’ve ever seen at a dentist/doctor’s office. They are very courteous and personable more importantly they are also great at their jobs. I am so pleased by this practice. I highly recommend Rabile dentistry for anyone wanting effective dental care. I really feel certain "Guest" are duplicating or writing multiple reviews to try to bring her rating down. It is a shame because they may cause someone to miss out on a great dentist.

I expected it to be good since the first day that Crystal called me to schedule my daughters appointment, great service great people i enjoy it very much specially cause in there waiting room they have movies that you get to watch, while the patients are in there process of being checked by the best dentist ever Dr. Rabile! She takes care of you like your her family! I highly recommend you to visit her office and experience her awesome work. I cant complain my brothers, my daughter (thats only nine months), and myself love her! One great dentist with an enthusiastic attitude. Cant complain of there service! All of them are great workers. Dr, Rabile and her staff were very professional, caring and understanding. Rabile Family Dentistry is our new dental home. She took the time to address each of my issues and to correct them. I have never had a good experience with a dentist before. Until now!!! They always made me feel comfortable, I never had to wait and the entire staff made me feel like family. She never gave up like other dentists had in the past and the results left me with the most beautiful smile I have ever had. Very bad customer service experience. The office staff (Jasmine) is quite clueless and confused by words that have more than two syllables. What really disappointed us though is that we asked Dr. Rabile to perform only preventative care as part of a bi-annual checkup, but she performed other procedures that are not considered preventative by the insurance company and we ended up with a bill for several hundreds of dollars. Their response - "oh we expected" the insurance company to cover those procedures, but since they didnt - you have to pay us. No waiver, no discount, give us your money.

Seeing Dr. Rabile at Reliable Family Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. I honestly went out on a limb as they were in network with my insurance, and couldnt be happier with my choice for dentistry. Seeing ONE doctor the entire time has been reassuring as everyone has remained on the same page as far as continued care is concerned. Dr. Rabiles staff is very friendly, personable and welcoming! I would highly recommend them to anyone who might be unsure as to which dentist might be best for any age.

The most unsanitary dental office I had been to, none of the instruments were sanitized or new, and also the suction cups which hold the debri and waste were never replaced simply washed and re inserted. The dentist also never stuck to the requested procedures instead she would perform her own procedures and bill you eventually without notification. A scam this place is.
