Be careful when they ask you to commit to treatments. Make sure you get a full written estimate and fully understand what you are getting done here. I went in for a cleaning and asked for an invisalign consultation. Everything went fine from appointment to cleaning. They use pretty advance equipment and detected some hidden cavities. I was happy about that. However, when started talking about the estimate, they got sketchy. First, the doctor came in and told me about all the benefits of the filling they are using. I said I really dont mind using a better filling as long as my insurance covers it. Then he was pushing it say then lets start now. I stopped him and asked for an estimate. He said his staff will work it out later. I said I need to know how much I need to pay out of pocket before we can start. Then he moved on to the invisalign consultation. All he said was, ok ,we can take care of your teeth for $5500, but I can give you $500 discount. We can start today!. I said I would think about it. Then he walked off. A staff came in and started working on the computer and told me if we do the filling that he recommended, it will be $1100 out of pocket. I said what?! I cant afford that. Then she punch some keys on the computer again and said, ok $400. I said ok. what exactly do we need to fix? Then she blah blah blah a bunch of non-sense and asked me to make an appointment. I said what about my invisalign consultation? She said, did the doctor tell you how much? Thats it. I was very shocked on how they approach the money subject. I walked off without a written estimate of anything. I immediately went to another doctor for invisalign consultation, not only did he give me a full written estimate, he asked me what I would like to improve, and how we will achieve that result...So in comparison, I know I Dr. Naiks "consultation" is not standard practice. And I know I was not the only one got treated this way in Dr. Naiks office, because my friend went in for the same thing and she got the same treatment with the exact words.

Unhygienic and no consideration for your time. MOST IMPORTANT: During cleaning, the hygienist moved between having her hand in my mouth and typing on the keyboard, over and over again. Highly unhygienic!!!!! The Rest Of The Details: Front desk advised they would check my insurance and call me back to make sure everything was okay. Received a call back asking for additional info because they forgot to get it originally. Then nothing. After 3 hours I called to ensure everything was okay to go forward - they responded plainly, yes. Arrived 25 minutes early. Completed paperwork in 10 minutes. Sat in waiting room for 25 minutes **after** appt start time (total of 40 minutes), without explanation from front desk or a courteous "sorry, we are behind schedule." Two coworkers had a fight in front of me over the tv screen preference. Hygienist finished notes about another patient - displayed on the big screen - while I waited in the exam room, I could see this strangers private info. Hygienist scratched my mouth twice while taking x-rays and did not proceed to get gentler after I made a comment about it. Instead She blamed Me for the scratches! Proceeded to wait additional 40+ minutes for dentist to come in and review the work completed. Dentist came in for less than 5 minutes, had not previewed my results, and no apology or mention of the 2.5+ hour session. Final Insult: Actually wanted me to "come back on a different day" to put sealant on. (Could easily have been done the same day, quick process). Steer clear if you value your time at all and appreciate hygienic surroundings. surroundings.

I went to Dr. Naik last November to get a consultation on veneers. I told him that my biggest fear was getting bad work done and ending up with teeth that look fake. He assure me that he is the best cosmetic dentist around and would offer me a 100% satisfaction guarantee. He is a very straight forward, stand up professional so I decided to move forward with the surgery. Let me tell you, I am very happy I did, he did an amazing job! Post surgery, Dr. Naik was very supportive and continues to accommodate my needs to this day. Everyone always comments on how great my teeth are, not one person has ever noticed that they were veneers. I have 3 friends that are dentists and even they didnt notice that I have veneers until I told them. They continuously make it clear that they admire the work I had done. I now continue to see Dr. Naik for general dental work as well. I would recommend Dr. Naik to anyone considering having cosmetic or general dental work done. He really is an awesome dentist that truly cares for his patients.

This dentist is clearly all in it for the money. He runs his office like he has 2 other dentist helping him. Every time I went to this person I have had to wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment time to get in. After I got in I found myself waiting in a chair for another 30 minutes for the dentist to finish up with someone. My procedure should have been done by the time I finally got to see the dentist 1 hour and 30 minutes later... But no it was just getting started. On top of everything the cost is so marked up it isnt even funny. I was given a bill for a whopping number and my eyes went big. I talked it over with the assistant and without really a debate the price got dropped over $500.... so why was I not presented with that number in the first place. Clearly this place wants to see what they can get away with I guess because they are in a "rich" part of the neighborhood. Basically only go to this place if you want your entire yearly allowance with your insurance to be wiped out in 1 visit...

Finally ! ! I can say ... I found a GREAT Dentist ! After going to other dentists in the past and thinking i was getting good care and all the work i needed , Well i was wrong ! after suffering with infections and bad crowns while paying a fortune . I decided it was time to find a new Dentist ! I was referred to Dr. Naik and am so thankful ! ! He is sincere and honest and makes me feel comfortable by explaining everything in a way so i can understand. With all the work he has had to do to correct all the bad work i had from the past . I feel that he truly cares about me and my needs . he also tells you what he is doing as he is working , so you know what to expect , it makes me feel more comfortable and no pain at all ! I like that ! Beautiful office and friendly staff ! Now i refer people to him all the time !

I was so happy to find this wonderful dentist office in my area. My experience was so pleasant from calling to make an appointment and with all of the office staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Naik has the best bed side manner and took the time to go over everything in detail. I like how his staff goes over all of the costs and insurance coverage before anything is done. I knew exactly how much my bill would be and everything was explained thoroughly. I didnt feel anything was being pushed on me and Dr. Naik was very good about prioritizing what was needed immediately and what could wait. He is preventative so that you dont have expensive issues down the road. I highly recommend this office! Very friendly and professional.
