Ok so last week I went in for my consult and I have to admit, I adored the staff from the moment I walked in. I tend to joke a lot and I love to laugh. The dentist office and all the procedures make me highly nervous and uneasy, so for me, joking around helps me make light of a situation Im very nervous about. I found that the staff as a whole had a great sense of humor and had a great balance with when to laugh and when to get down to business. I went in today for my single filling, my cleaning and my TOTALLY FREE whitening! This entire staff is exactly how I remembered them from last week, fun, professional and caring! They made me feel like Ive been going there for years as each one of then remembered me and made it a point to say hi to me. From Brook and Zaira at the front desk to Shaderia who did my x-rays (thanks for coming to say hi to me lady!), all the way to Laura and OMG Dr. Oniah! You guys have no idea the anxiety I have about this stuff. I thought it was going to take forever for me to find my new dental office and dentist but no! My first try was an absolute blessing. I cant think you guys enough for the most pleasant experience anyone could have at the dentist (if you can call dentistry pleasant

I cant even give this place one star! They will scam you!!!!!! I went in for a teeth cleaning. I was told I had 11 cavities and that they could take care of them all TODAY! That was a little shocking! I havent had cavities in years! I went to get a second opinion and the other dentist said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the teeth they said I had cavities! They also said that Ideal Dental never cleaned my teeth! Ideal Dental is a Horrible place! Dont get scammed like I did! NO You never resolved my issue! You scam people! You never even called me back!

This dental office is by far the best in town!!! The ladies in the office are warm, caring, full of smiles and go above and beyond to make your experience outstanding. From your first phone call to book the appointment to walking out the door at the end of your session, they were authentic and all about great service from start to finish!! If you are looking for a dental office to call your home (like I was), I highly recommend this location!!! Thank you soooo much Sherri for explaining my insurance benefits to me too! See you ladies soon for my follow-up :)

Highly recommend this place ! I have had horrible experiences at several other dentists ...main reason as why I have not completed my dental work ... I truly enjoy Dr. Oniah she was very clear with my diagnosis and she allowed me to make a decision as what I wanted to start with and she was very understanding of my fear ... the front desk was very friendly too I truly enjoyed the person who presented my treatment Zaira she was so helpful and was able to make my dental treatment work with my budget. Thank you ! I will be sending my friends and family here.

My friend highly recommended this place for my family since we are new to the area, I was a bit concerned due to the other reviews but thought I would just give it a shot. So glad I did, I absolutely loved Dr. Oniah she is very sweet and it shows that she loves what she does. Zaira was very honest and straight forward when she gave me a clear run down of my insurance benefits. I felt so comfortable with everyone in this office. Dont judge off of someones experience and have one of your own, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this dental office.

I came in for a 3 appointment on a Friday. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment but the phone kept ringing. I also called in the morning to confirm it and it went to voicemail. At 2:45 I arrived (they told me to be in the office at 2:45 since I was a new patient). At 3:40 I left the office. I had been waiting since I arrived and was never seen. Whats the point of making an appointment if you arent gonna see me then. It was so unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. So dissatisfied and disappointed

The Ideal Dental group as a whole is the most professional caring empathetic sharing facility that Ive been to in a very long time. I really didnt wanting to have anyone in my mouth but they made it so much better when they showed me that they cared about my treatment, and they cared about whether it was going to hurt. I have had issues with dental facilities but this experience has made it so so much more easy. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist office now and my smile is beautiful thank you so very much

i dont usually post reviews but i had to give this place and staff a "YES"!! i am a veteran and had a Team of Navy dentist wife/husband team take care of me for 25 yrs. Great Job!! They also Retired. in my Search for a new Dentist i chose Dr. Linda Oniah at ideal dental . i am very happy with the Care and Services i received. Great Staff, State of the art equipment. The professional, comprehensive care and knowledge i received was worth sharing. Thank you Dr. Oniah at ideal dental.

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Dental in Irving. They all were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Oniah is fantastic and makes you feel like youre at a family dentist, but with all the perks of a modern office. The front desk staff is second to none. Their flexibility and willingness to work with you to get what you need is a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist in Irving.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Oniah and her assistant Laura are fantastic. Sheri Lynn is quite the friendly sales women and knows her stuff. Shondaria and Brook thank you for the wonderful service. So yes I recommend this place because the staff is professional and friendly and the interior is clean and comfortable. I found a dental office that makes going to the dreaded dentist, ALMOST something to look forward to.

Ideal Dental impressed the socks off of me! Their friendliness & professionalisem made me feel at home and comfortable! I have dental anxiety (I never told them that until after my visit) so this meant a lot to me that they took such good care of me and informed me of everything regarding my dental needs with extensive knowledge and care. I attempted to get a price for a basic cleaning over the phone. All I wanted was a price but when I asked the lady on the phone would say something completely unrelated to it. I understand the doctor will have to tell me what I need but I still wanted to know the price before scheduling. I just ended uo sayung thank you and hanging up. I dont have time to be sold on dental services.

After a rocky start, I have to give credit where credit is due. This office will go above and beyond! IF you feel your not being heard or there are miscommunication moments, tell them! They will work tirelessly to ensure its set right and gaps are addressed! That speaks volumes! Feel like Im in good hands! And thats all anyone can ask for! Bravo to the team at Ideal Dental!
