Absolutely awful office. This is a new clinic, you would think their staff would be up to date on personal communication with the patients. They are rude, and SLOW. I had to go to this clinic because my insurance. I am changing my insurance so I never have to deal with these people again. I am a very patient and can tolerate a lot of bs. But my experience with this office Is unforgivable and deffinately drew a line for how much I can handle. My first appointment was "lost" and I wasnt even in the computers after being on the phone for 45 mins giving the woman my entire lifes information, she lost it??? I drove all the way to the clinic to find this out. Then wasnt even seen right away even though it was their mistake, instead my simple appointment was rescheduled for two weeks. When I finally do get to go they took forever to even see me, I was in a room for half an hour. Might I add I was simply there for a referral to an obgyn. All I needed was a urine test to confirm my pregnancy then I would go to my obgyn. There was no reason this took so long. I personally asked the dr to refer me to a specific doctor he said yes of course. Another two weeks later an ob office I have never even heard of calls me to schedule an appt. I told them I had no idea what they were talking about. The woman informed me they received a referral saying I was to be seen. This was NOT CORRECT AT ALL. The dr repeatedly asked which dr I would like to see, thank you for showing your patients how much you care about their personal preference. I wouldnt suggest this clinic even if you were dying with pneumonia, because you will deffinately not be treated with respect, a timely manner or with your best interest in mind.

This is the worst treatment i have ever recieved. My first time there they couldnt find my new patient packet. The receptionist said it may have gotten lost in the move to the new office. When i questioned how u lose someones personal info she began opening random drawers in the desks and found my packet under a bunch of files!!! After waiting for 1.5 hrs, i was finally sent to an exam room where i waited another 30 mi.utes before dr aquino came in and asked why i was here. What? Really? Then he said he did not have the correct instruments to perform the procedure his staff scheduled me for!! The staff is unprkfessional, rude and dont have a clue how to manage people or their information. I felt as if i was imposing on them because they had to work. Lazy people.

The receptionists are rude as can be. The one that usually sits in the middle window acts like patients are bothering her even though this is her job! Ive never had to deal with such horrible attitudes. I will be finding a new doctor asap. Im not going to tolerate the rolling of eyes and childish attitude from what is supposed to be someone checking me in to be seen by a doctor. Its not my fault you are a desk warmer, dont take it out on me! I also had to wait more than 2 hours after my appointment time to see the doctor!! This is not a place I would ever recommend.

WISH I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 100 THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS BS WAIT TIME IS AT LEAST 3 HOURS DO NOT EVER EVER COME HERE THIS PLACE IS VERY SORRY DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESSE AND THE REPS HERE SUCK VERY MUCH AS WELL BY THE TIME YOU GET SEEN IF YOU EVER GET SEEN I COULD OF RAN 20 MILES GO TO SLEEP EAT AND STILL NOT BE CALLED IM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER HORRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE! I decided to do a walk- in at this clinic after visiting the website. When I got there it was CLOSED! Nowhere on the website does it say that they would be closed from 12- 1 pm. So I called and the receptionist seemed like she had an attitude. I got there 20 minutes before 12pm and the doors were already locked. What kind of business is this? I will not be returning.

On 2/14 my wife was fifteen minutes late for her appointment and the doctor refused to see her. He made her reschedule for the next day even tho they wasnt busy. So today is 2/15 and we have been setting in the exam room for an hour and a half still waiting to be seen. I would recommend going somewhere else as he is arrogant and a fear monger.
