I am not a fan of Vets who push prescription or surgery on me, as I should be able to control the treatment of my animals care in a way that makes me comfortable. Having said that, one of my dogs was not eating much and vomiting & there was blood in his stool after several days of issues; so we took the dog to the ER because it was after hours. There they did Xrays and also suggested we run blood tests (for a total of $750)...but when my wife and I asked if we could just do Xrays to ensure there was no foreign body the ER Vet seemed quite put off, as if we didnt trust him (which we didnt). After the Xrays came back normal, we decided to leave and follow up with Beverly Hills Vet. Im so glad we did. After seeing Dr. Brown for about 15 minutes, she reviewed the Xrays and also agreed there was no foreign body and instead of running blood tests which would have cost us hundreds more, she instead listened to my preference in treatment and agreed to treat him symptomatically to see if that would help prior to doing anything expensive. Not even a day later, after having my dog on a low fat diet he was back to his chipper self. I absolutely love this place and Dr. Brown was such a pleasure to work with. She has fantastic bedside manner and doesnt make you feel like your only option is to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars, or make you feel like a bad doggie parent just because your animal is sick. I will be moving my other dogs care to BH Vet because of this experience.

It seems people tend to be more motivated to take the time to write a review about something when they’ve had a negative experience as opposed to good one. I’m guilty of that myself. That’s why it was important for me to let anyone out there who’s looking for a veterinarian know Beverly Hills Vet is the place to go. Dr. Windsor has been caring for my two labradoodles, Wallace and Casimir, since they were puppies. It’s been 10 years now and I wouldn’t still be a client if I didn’t totally trust the care they’ve been given throughout that time. Whether it was advice over the phone or a scheduled visit, the whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel Dr. Windsor treats my dogs like they were his own and I couldn’t ask for anything more. (Well, maybe larger cookies in the treat dish…) I was referred to them and, without hesitation, refer them to others as well.

My dog had been having digestive problems for two years. We had tried everything and spent so much money at another vet. So many tests and nothing worked. I read a review of Beverly Hills Vet Assoc.s that said their dog had finally been pain free after 4 years thanks to switching to this vet. I took Jake in and they prescribed him some meds. I was skeptical but after a week of nothing, he started going to the bathroom again. He is getting better everyday. I almost cried when I saw that he was getting better. I thought there was no hope, but Thanks to Dr. Adams and Beverly Hills Vet Assocs, Jake is happy, healthy, and has become a vibrant part of our family again. Thank you so much!!

I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you to Dr. Windsor Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates and his staff. Last year, when our Persian cat of 15 years past away the kind and thoughtful words/cards were so touching. Now that we have a new Persian kitten and had another medical issue Dr. Windsor was with me and husband every step of the way. When you arrive at his office, it is always busy, however, Dr. Windsor will (actually) sit down with you and discuss your pets concerns. Dr. Windsor is very professional, always return your calls and calls you to find out how the pet is doing. Dr. Windsor and his staff treat your pets like their own family pet(s).

While some pets have come and gone and some of the staff have some and gone, one thing remains constant, we know that the doctors and staff have as much concern for our pets as we do. After moving far away from the office and trying out a different vet i still make the hour drive to Beverly Hills because they are that good and they look out for you and your animal.
