I love Tom and his staff. Years ago I took a puppy to him that was in advance stage Parvo. I saw that dog take what would have been his last breath at any other facility. Tom tried some unheard of procedure and for a week nursed that dog back to life and health. Did I mention prior to that wed gone elsewhere twice before and they said he didnt have Parvo or that Tom got out of bed near midnight to tend to a dog hed never seen or heard of before? Yes this guy is the real deal. Ill never take a pet of mine anywhere else. I take issue with anyone who says he and his staff are not the best of the best.

I took my dogs in for their second shots and to get their nails trimmed. They did a horrible job clipping the nails blood on at least 3 toes and the one dog has all white nails so there is no excuse. Then after we get done with the shots and everything the vet goes to grab the liquid dewormer for me and didnt come back for another 30minutes. ... After i was already done. Basically if you want horrible service you know where to go now.

Dont understand the bad reviews. To each his/her own I guess. Been taking our cats here for the last three years. No problems. All staff treat the animals like their own and the vets are very experienced.
