Very bad experience. The good first : the support staff are phenomenal. Very pleasant and I was able to schedule an appointment and have all answers to my questions in an honest and direct manner. The bad: I was taken to a room in the back and was first approached by a dental hygienist. She was just doing an initial check to determine what type of cleaning would be needed. She used a sharp instrument and practically pierced my gums where each of my teeth were located. She kept saying different numbers and in the end informed me that I would need a.lot of cleaning done. This is when I started becoming suspicious. A dentist then came in and did the same thing. She examined my teeth in less than 30 seconds and informed me I had 15 cavities. They were also pushing the most expensive caps for the cavities. The dentist was borderline dismissive and they constantly used fear tactics to scare me into getting treatment done. My teeth have historically never needed much work. Certainly a cleaning and a couple of cavities...sure. but what I didnt like was the fear tactics. I highly doubt I had that many cavities and did the hygenist have to make me bleed so profusely to convince me to take the deep clean? I would have agreed to it if she just asked. My gums were sore for two days after just a checkup. Please be weary of visiting this dentistry as their first priority appears to be maximizing the amount of money they can make off of you. Your dental health features lower down the list. They do not give the impression of caring about their patients. I am currently looking for an alternative and a second opinion but will not be returning to this dentistry.

My granddaughter came home today in tears after a visit to this dentist office (which she left without having had a service done). Total waste of her time! She came home freaking out after the doctor and hygenist told her she had serious teeth, gum, and hygiene problems (gingivitis & halitosis); also that she needed some kind of "deep cleaning?" After smoking for 40 years, 10 cavities, 2 crowns, and a million implants I honestly have never heard of that in my life. We sent her to a family members dental practice to have her teeth checked out right after and much to our "not-so-surprise" her teeth were beautiful, immaculate, and in fantastic shape. I do not understand why a professional dentist office would scare the crap out of a kid who loves visiting the dentist and then deny her a teeth cleaning because she cannot afford your suspicious and fraudulent $600 "deep cleaning?" She had insurance for a cleaning and they refused to do it because it wasnt part of their "treatment plan" for her. Ridiculous. Anyways, the family is very upset about this and will be making sure something is done about it.

We scheduled an initial appointment at this office due to an insurance change. I scheduled an appointment for my sister and took her to the appointment. Shes almost 17 and Im way over 21. When we arrived to the office, we were told that its office policy indicates that parents must take minors to initial appointments. And when asked why they did not inform us when I made the appointment couple days ago, their response was nonchalant and rude: "its just assumed you know...". Every family is different and every patient is different. I would have appreciated a notice prior to driving all the way here to be greeted with a "too bad", "so sad", "you should have known" attitude. Not coming back here again. First impression matters.

I was so relieved to find a dentist who accepted my lousy insurance, was capable, and thorough. Dr. Anna gets right to business with very little small talk, but she knows what she is doing. I had to get two crowns and the prep work was painful, but necessary. My crowns are a good fit. Her office staff is kind and friendly. I especially liked working with Philamena, Hitesh, and Lana. My husband had to have a deep cleaning of his gums and the hygienist, Char, did a great job. We are both happy with this office.

When we think of dental care, seeing a dentist is one of those last things that you want to do, but Doctor Anna and staff are so professional. Seeing them makes it a beautiful and memorable experience. The doctor and staff are very friendly and very patient with you. Very kid friendly place! They go above and beyond to explain what they are doing. Strongly recommend this place!

What a great experience. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are the most caring and experienced dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. Their patients, understanding and caring approach to dentistry is overwhelming given my past experiences in the Exton area. No issues with the intake, service our post follow up with any of the procedures performed.

this office is horrible i would never reccomend anyone there ! i came into the office in a lot of pain all they did was xray one side of my mouth and told me i needed six teeth polled when they only x-rayed two so how do you know if youre able to save the tooth . And the dentist was very rude and very quick I advise anyone to not go here

My first experience was wonderful, but when I called back to setup an appointment I got the most uninterested receptionist ever... was on hold for 20 mins....never bothered to see if I had any questions....then told me I would have to wait two weeks for my appointment....its a shame because I really liked this office....

Went into the office in a lot of pain. Dr. Anna sorted me out very quickly and the hygienist and front desk lady were fantastic. I moved to this practice due to my previous dentist doing suspicious billing and services that were not required. I will be paying close attention but my initial visit was great.

Be very careful. This office practices shaky billing. I have paid my bill and keep getting new invoices. Find a dentist with his own office- this is a corporate entity. :( The dental care was fine but not worth the financial hassles.

High pressure sales tactics from a staff that is all about taking your money and doesnt care about your teeth. Stay away unless you like being cheated.

They refuse to clean your teeth. They will only do a deep cleaning that cost $600.00. Our insurance only pays for a general cleaning! ITS A SCAM!!
