The dentist is great, staff is friendly. However, i have had 1600.00 worth of work on my teeth since January. I only get 1000.00 a year for my insurance. I have 4 teeth left that have cavities, plus one that is a route canal or by the time i get there, most likely an extraction. The plan was to get the cavities on those four teeth done first before they turn into route canals as well. Even tho we have a payment plan of 200 a month, they will not fix those four teeth until that 600 something is paid off, by then it might be too late and i could lose 5 more teeth. I wish they would not be more concerned with how fast they get the money rather than me losing my teeth. It is being paid on, i cant understand why i should have to wait, when they know the money is definitely coming in. SMH

True professionals! I can not recommend the services provided by this office enough. Always friendly and willing to listen, its so obvious that they see me as a friend and not just a patient. I see Dr. Kumar, Tracy, Karen, and Donna when I walk in and I know Im in great hands. Thank you so much for everything you do Fairmont! My wife and I are moving about an hour south of here in a couple months and I will be making the trip up for appointments. I cant imagine any other team meeting the bar set by Fairmont.

My Daughter got her braces a year ago here. in only a year her teeth look so great. I was impressed with the work, time, and dedication they put in. We were expecting them on for 2 years, but the outcome was incredible. My daughter is happy they removing her braces in 3 weeks. Dr Reiss is incredible he is very passionate in what he does. Hes caring and answers any question you have. The staff are also great. You can feel at ease knowing you can expect quality care. I highly recommend this dentist.

I love Fairmont dental and all of their staff, especially Tanya! Twice now I have had and emergency situation, first one happened, minutes before closing and Tanya waited for me to get here to help my daughter with her braces! You cant find that just any where! The entire staff here will help with any questions you have make you feel welcomed the minute you call their office!

My visit with Dr. Nat and her assistant Tonya was awesome. Had to get a 10 year old bridge removed, fill a cavity underneath and temporary bridge put in place till new bridge arrives. Two hours in the chair but next to no discomfort. Both explained what the procedure entailed and I felt I was in good hands thru the entire procedure. Thanks ~ Edward Schmidt

I feel like Im in good hands every time Im here. I know I can trust them and their work because I always feel very comfortable during my visits and Ive never had any problems. I dont like the fact that the have you facing away from them so you can see what theyre doing with th instraments theyre about to use on you. I also noticed that the machines werent coved with blu plastic like most other dental offices to prevent the spreading of germs and bacteria. The staff was very friendly.

All of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love getting the reminders via text. An absolutely awesome experience here. No other place I would rather go. My son loves it here, the staff is helping him do the best job he can do with his teeth. I am thankful for all the wonderful people here.

was very disappointed with my appointment. was going for a cleaning which was part of a new patient offer for $89. had xrays and exam but no cleaning was done. at checkout was told it was still $89 even though all services were not done. complained but was charged full price.

All the staff is amazing! Destist is gental, assistant is entertaining, nurse is sweet, and the receptionist is helpful. By far the best dentist Ive ever been to. My dental anxiety fades more everytime I go. Yay! I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. Lol!

Friendly staff, wonderful hygienist with my 5 year old daughter who can be very difficult at the dentist. The dentist himself was also wonderful with my daughter. Both were able to get her to cooperate when quite a few others werent able to get her to cooperate.
