I love my dentist experience at your office. What I dont like is when the office manager hold your money for credit. Im okay with a $50 balance but holding $230. Is ridiculous. It was an overpayment I made and I should of had that money given back without making it a hassle. That left a bad taste in my mouth and when I recommend others to your office, I do give them a heads up on that experience. I had to wait 6months to receive my money and the only reason it was given back because I made a stink about it. I have been going to this office since 2006 or even earlier.

Been going to this office for a few years now. Like most, I have EXTREMELY HIGH ANXIETY when it comes to dental care. Dr. Minetola and the staff provide EXCEPTIONAL CARE, being mindful of this anxiety and ALWAYS make sure I am comfortable and pain free during EACH AND EVERY PROCEDURE/CLEANING. The office manager works with my insurance and provides ACCURATE ESTIMATES for services needed, no surprises with co-pays or "patient responsible amounts due". It is truly a pleasure having such a great team providing my dental care!!! -Keith G of Allentown-

I have recommended this dentist to my family because of the many good experiences I have had there. The dentist himself is very kind and puts the patient at ease. However, do not accidentally forget an appointment (like could happen to anyone with a busy schedule) because the receptionist OKayla will call you and be extremely rude. I apologized several times on the phone only to be given attitude and talked down to.

I absolutely have so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have never been to a office that made me feel so comfortable. I still have a great amount of anxiety but it seems like once I get there and have been there a few mins I calm down a lot every other dentist it just got worst and worst until I was done. I LOVE this place! Thank you for being so understanding and caring!

I have been a patient of Dr. Minetola for many years. He is a thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate dentist and I never have less than excellent care from him and his staff. Although this last appointment was routine, Mark has always been available to attend to any dental emergency or concern. I have recommended his services to many of my friends, family and associates.

Mark Minetola and Michele Ferguson are two of the best dentists in this area by far ! I absolutely love my hygienist, she always does an amazing job. Judy Lees is an awesomely amazing assistant and all of the staff are always so friendly I always walk out the door with a smile on my face.

Not very accurate with their appointments at all. They give you time and when you show up they say a different time was given. And blame you for getting confused even though you had it written down and you are always an on time person. Unbelievable! They even give you attitude!

Appointments are always on time with little time in the waiting room. Doctor is very honest and to the point to give you options on both work to be performed and payment options. I have referred many of my friends and Family to Gentle Dental in Allentown.
