Why do I get the feeling I will need to pay for my records to be transferred after this? Front desk ladies are WONDERFUL, so please dont think they are anything but. I was scolded ( by tech) upon going in for my anxiety and the fact I rescheduled (which was an insurance issue, NOT my anxiety)...then the entire time I was in the chair, I got to listen to 2 techs bash my job and that my industry "is expensive " and "charges too much" (I wont even get I to that, my body takes a beating every day in my work) This, coupled by the fact that I got looked down upon by my techs for my piercings (yes, I am a professional, and I do have them, as I like them) and given no information ahead of time they would be an issue, none the less my treatment would be different as a human. Not only did they only clean half of my mouth only (was supposed to get a full cleaning ) they never even discussed my main concern of a tooth recently broken. So, here I am, tooth STILL broken, no information, and a bill in my hand for additional fees. The" Dr" himself was a robot concerned with his vacation, never even looking at me or acknowledging my presence. Never again. Now, due to insurance, I need to wait an entire year to go elsewhere to get the job completed and hope I dont get an infection in the time span.

My granddaughter was going to him and I found it very annoying when you are on the way to the dentist and you are 2 or 3 minutes late and they are calling you on the phone. My granddaughter was sick and home from school because she was throwing up and they told me to come in anyway ,and we did and she was sick there. . they told us to go home. I didnt want to be charged for not calling 24 hours in advance. He also wears a creepy mask to work on the kids. he creeps me out.

I had a tooth capped and was told beforehand that this would be a three hour process and to bring a book. We got started on time and the procedure went without a hitch. The rest of the process was totally painless! Both Dr. Steven Alban and the assistant were pleasant and professional. While having dental work is not something I enjoy, the staff here at Steven Alban Family Dentistry makes it as pleasant and painless as possible. Thanks so much.

Ive been seeing Dr. Alban since he took over for my dentist when he retired. I had never been to another dentist so I was nervous at first but the transition was smooth and Dr. Alban treated me like his only patient. He and his staff are friendly and great at setting my mind at ease. Im so happy that Dr. Alban is my dentist, I tell all of my friends about him.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and even used to skip my check ups. My sister finally got me to go to Dr. Alban a few years ago and its made a huge difference, I still dont love going to get my teeth cleaned but this is the best it gets. Hes never too rough and his staff has a good sense of humor.
