Having moved to the area recently, I was in need of a new dentist. My online searches for a good office left me in the dark. Ultimately, I decided on Castle Dental Center based on a single positive review and clean looking website. Thankfully, I made the right choice. Castle Dentist’s office staff was very friendly and courteous. The dental hygienist went into great detail explaining the different x-rays and cleaning procedures. It was nice to be able to see my teeth x-rays on a large screen in front of me with the hygienist pointing out the different areas. The idea was rather new to me, in all my previous trips to other dentists, I had gotten used to listening to the staff whisper over the results on a table somewhere behind me. The dental hygienist demonstrated good brushing and flossing habits, and pointed out a few things that might help me in the future. It was an educational trip. My time with the actual dentist was rather short as usual, but the doctor was incredibly friendly. When the time came to make a routine follow up appointment in six months, the hygienist asked which days and times work best and pulled up a calendar on the monitor next to the chair. I was free to pick and choose any open time slot. Overall, it was the most pleasant trip I ever made to the dentist. One thing that should be noted is that my first appointment took a little longer than expected (1 hour). Although I did not have to wait to go back, the two separate x-rays did take a little time to go over the results. In addition, the hygienist really seemed to be focused on doing a good job cleaning, instead of rushing to get the job done. That clean teeth feeling stuck around for a day or two instead of an hour. I plan to stick with Castle Dental for as long as I’m in the area. Ill try to remember to follow up on the review in case I ever need to have work done.

I first came here, and the detist charged me Xrays withouht my permission to this examination, then they said they would cancel the charge. The price here is 64% more expensive than in Connecticut Dental Associate, also the service quality is bad. I came back to the Castle Dental twice beacause of the dentist lack of experice, and what he did not worked for the first time. From the first time, I knew he lacks of skills although they did not charge me for the second visit because they knew it was theri fault. On the whole, I wont come next time. Take my advice seriously.

-----castle dental does not care about there patients.------ i went to castle dental in center valley pa. i had a bill of $100 that they sent to collections, they tried to charge me $200 and castle dental sent my complete medical chart to the collection co. so much for privacy with these so called professionals!!!!!!!!!

I recently switched to Castle Dental and am very satisfied with the switch. As soon as you walk in to the office the receptionists are very approachable. Everyone is very nice and friendly at the dental office and they make you feel like one has been coming to the dental office for ever. Great atmosphere and staff!

Dr Matt and Dr.Silman are excellent. I am the worlds biggest baby and they will do whatever you need to make the experience the best for you. They even call themselves to check in on you after major work - who else does that these days?
