If I could give zero stars I would, and let me explain why. I was new to working in Quakertown, and working lots of hours I needed a dentist that was convenient to work, not my home. I called around to the dentists in the area that had good reviews asking if they accepted my insurance. When I called Dream Dentistry I was welcomed by a very kind voice informing me that they did in fact accept my insurance and with how kind and informative the receptionist was I made an appointment on the spot. After an evaluation and two additional procedures I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Dream Dentistry and had plans to continue to do business there with follow up appointments scheduled. To my surprise when emptying my mailbox one day I have a bill from Dream Dentistry... for $1500! I immediately called and was informed that they did in fact accept my insurance, but they were not IN NETWORK with my insurance. Sorry, I do not work in the health profession and I am not privy to specific terms used. In my opinion, this was not only unprofessional, but unethical as well. When I challenged the bill, their only solution was to put me on a payment plan, and it was said so quickly I am lead to believe this was not the first time the receptionist had to deal with this problem. I kindly paid and never went back. So the moral to my review, is if you plan to use Dream Dentistry, make sure you ask if they are IN NETWORK with your insurance provider if you want to avoid large bills. Dont make the mistake I made, and simply ask if they accept your insurance.

I had several experiences at Dream Dentistry, including my first root canal a couple of weeks ago, and am absolutely satisfied with level of service and patient care at this place. The idea of using oral sedation for major procedures, and making it relatively affordable, coupled with a staff that treats you with friendly respect and dignity (no matter how bad your oral hygiene habits are), has made me a happy patient and customer. It encourages me to take care of my teeth. God only gave us 2 sets of teeth...take care of them. Dream Dentistry staff can help you out with that. My first root canal: I was so anxious about, but the procedure itself was completely painless and actually pleasant, especially thanks to Devon, D.A., whose mellifluous I hung on to throughout the 2 hours I was sedated. I am a HUGE fan of Dream Dentistry, especially after having hundreds of dollars worth of dental work as a little kid without any anesthesia other than numbing agents. And although I share the same last name as Dr. Roeder, I am not related to him and am not writing this as a family favor. Get your teeth and bleeding gums taken care of. Dont be so afraid of pain and condescending attitude that you dont see a dentist. GO TO DREAM DENTISTRY!

This place is a godsend for all of us afraid of going to the dentist. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the reception staff, you feel like youre at home, not in an office. Deven personally escorted me back to the treatment room and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I got to watch Netflix as the nitrous oxide was being administered; before long I wasnt feeling a thing! Deven explained everything that was happening until Dr. Kulp came in soon after to do the filling. His easy-going bedside manner and understanding of my fear was refreshing. And I honestly felt no pain from the needle or the drill! Talk about an all-pro! The procedure didnt last long and before I knew it I was being escorted out with a milkshake in tow. It was honestly the most pleasant, professional, and pain-free experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Ive found my new home and unbelievably I am looking forward to my next appointment!

For a lot of people going to the dentist can be an intimidating task, however I can confidently say that Dr. Roeder and his staff make it an incredibly exceptional and comfortable experience. From the minute you walk in, to the minute you walk out, you are treated like a member of the family whose needs take the highest priority. Dr. Roeder addresses any fears or discomforts you may have and finds ways to work around them with you, all while keeping you comfortable with TV programs you like, blankets, and even milkshakes for when youre finished. I have had everything from cleanings, to expanders, to cavities fixed by Dr. Roeder and his staff and I leave happy every time, even if Im still a little numb. I have been going to Dream Dentistry for over 20 years and would not trust anyone else with my oral care. Because of them my smile has never looked better.

This morning at 7 am I had 2 successful root canal procedures and all that entails done at Dream Dentistry with Dr. Kulp. The entire procedure went very smoothly with a bare minimum of associated pain. My follow up appointment in 2 weeks is for the purpose of replacing the temporary crowns with permanent crowns. As I write this review, I can honestly say that Dr. Kulp has proven to be an eminently qualified Professional in his chosen field of dentistry...my expectations have been completely fulfilled with all work performed. Having said that, I will also include Dr. Kulps able Dental Assistant, Deven, as an integral part of providing the skills required to perform my procedure. Lastly, I must give credit to all the caring and attentive staff at Dream Dentistry which added to the total experience of my 100% satisfaction.

Words cant describe how happy I am with Dream Dentistry! They have late hours so I was able to get my fillings done w/o having to take off work. Everyone is extremely friendly and the office is so welcoming, like you are walking into friends house, rather than a dental office. I am a big coward in the dentist chair, yet they made sure I was completely comfortable, even supplying a pillow and blanket. They understood my apprehension and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. Sarah and Dr. Kulp explained every step of what they were doing and what certain noises were so I wouldnt freak out. Because of the entire staff at Dream Dentistry, I can honestly say I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. :)

The service is great! The staff is great! A young women named Amber is very nice and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable while sitting in the chair getting your teeth cleaned. Just face it, most people dont like going to a dentist. She makes the time well worth spent. Dr Roeder does amazing work. I think he is a perfectionist. I had dental insurance when I first starting going to him. His office did not except that insurance that my company had. I had bad experiences at other dentist offices in the past. So, I decided to go with him because of the positive things people had told me about him and his office. I still go to him today, 4 year later. I would strongly recommend Dream Dentistry to anyone.

I just want to thank you guys for a magnificent job you did on my teeth. I have waited for years to find a dentist like you. I used to have anxiety attacks just thinking about going to the dentist after all the bad experiences I had with other dentists but you changed all that. I will never be fearful again. You were compassionate and patient with my needs. You were honest and up front about the procedures I needed and the costs and helped me find a solution for my problem and made it affordable. I never thought I would be able to get all that work done, and not one flicker of pain…I am so grateful to be in the hands of such an amazing team of professionals. Thank you sooo much….I absolutely love you guys.
