The dentist is good but his office staff is extremely incompetent. We were going there for a few years and the front office decided to schedule our three kids one month before their coverage would be accepted by our insurance. One often assumes that one of the main services the front office provides is to ensure that your insurance will provide coverage (If they are unable to do that then why are they there?) I asked and they said it was fine. Then of course we get a bill for $250 because they scheduled it too close to their previous visits. They denied all responsibility. To top it off when we gave them the credit card info to pay the bill they could not figure out how to do it. They called me and said the card would not go through. I called the credit card company and they said it did. I called them back and they said they cannot figure it out. In short, if you are willing to deal with complete incompetence at the front office then you will get a good cleaning and service from the rest of the office.

Visiting Dr. Amith Majumdars practice was, beyond any doubt, the most enjoyable trip to a dentist Ive ever experienced. The man relates to kids so well, he is like an overgrown 6-year-old who also knows dentistry. He put my anxious daughter immediately at ease. Sure, the TV in the ceiling above the chair didnt hurt, and the nitrous oxide might have had something to do with it too. But even without such technological advantages and fancy furnishings, I think Dr. Majumdars office would be a joy to visit. Our visits have all been punctual, speedy, and professional.

dentist is nice enough but theyre business practices are unethical at best.said my daughter needed sealants put on after she just had them done 9 month ago and said it was covered by my insurance so we went ahead with it.turns out insurance only pays for this once every 3 years and would not cover it so they send me a bill for over twice what they submitted to my insurance.I called and tried to work out to pay the amount what was submitted but was told no because the claim was denied that they can charge whatever they want.

Not only was my daughters anxiety relieved , but mine as well. They are happy to have you with your child during procedures. Already feeling extreme guilt for my daughters mouthful of cavities, I was so happy to be getting them taken care of in an office where she was treated so well, with as little discomfort for her as possible. We had 4 appointments -- and all were as absolutely good as a trip to the dentist could be.

Best pediatric dentist in the Lehigh Valley!! My son has been going there for a few years. He loves Dr. Majumdar and all of the office staff. I have never had a billing problem with them but I have with other dentists in the area. Very personable dentist, fabulous with kids, clean office, with advanced and kid appropriate equipment.

Dr. Majumdar used a papoose during my sons procedure and it was horrific. It only increased my sons anxiety. It doesnt take special skill to completely immobilize a child. Our prior dentist (who unfortunately stopped taking our insurance) was able to work on my son my just having a lot of patience.

My 3 year old has had two appointments here so far and I have been very pleased with each visit. The office is very clean and updated, the staff are very professional, warm, courteous, and so pleasant to deal with. I feel very confident in Dr. Majumdars competence as a dentist.

I made a phone call for my 3 years old daughters infected front teeth treatment, they dont take major insurances their viewing price starts at $191 from your own pocket so you name it they are looking for your money only rest of the stars tells me what kind of a place it is

A Truly Great Dentist. My 7 year old has been going since he opened his new office. He has been trained in all the latest technology and takes great care of my son. His staff is very professional and kind. They always are there to help with any insurance issues we may have.

They lie about billing and will not resolve this matter. Lehigh Valley Pediatric LLC, is a horrible medical claims department and never accept any insurance and make dealing with their back office a terrrible experience,

Spent an hour and a half trying to get my daughter there in bad weather for what was a very important appointment to have them cancel us a few minutes before we arrived. Very unprofessional! Never again!

Doctor and staff are always friendly and make us feel welcome. On 2 separate occasions they were able to get us in right away for emergencies! I highly recommend this practice!

Very bad. Rude people, they will trick you to get into three month schedule which insurance doesnt cover. I will never go back again.
