I am new to the Lehigh Valley area, and was having horrid tooth pain with no dentist to go to. I called around, and no one could see a new patient immediately -- that was until I called LVSD. They only had a morning opening, and, as a teacher, I couldnt make the time -- then, Fran went above and beyond to find a different time to fit me in. Dr. Pat and his team did a wonderful job walking me through the process of the dreaded root canal. and I quickly found out my fears shouldnt have been fears at all -- it was easy and painless. That is what puts LVSD above any other dental practice Ive been to -- they explain everything that they are doing before and during a procedure. Knowing exactly what was being done to my teeth calmed me down and made me a more well-informed patient. Fran and Kim at the front desk are always so kind and genuinely interested in their patients well-being -- I look forward to seeing them every visit, for it now feels like visiting friends. I never thought Id (kind-of) look forward to going to the dentist. ;-) Id recommend this practice to anyone and everyone in the Lehigh Valley. Ive been to many a dentist in my life, but LVSD is, by far, the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Petrillos for over twenty years. Thats a lot of annual exams, cleanings, fillings, x-rays, crowns and other miscellaneous cosmetic procedures. Through the years I have always found the staff at Lehigh Valley Smile Designs to be first-rate, kind, accommodating (especially with my ever-changing work schedule), warm, friendly and professional. Everyone Ive ever interacted with has gone out of their way during procedures to ensure that there will be strict attention paid to my comfort (read: as painless as possible). I should also add that the medical knowledge the team members have is quite impressive. There has never been a question Ive had that wasnt countered with a concise, insightful answer. I fully recommend this practice to anyone looking for a high-quality dental facility in the Lehigh Valley.

Been going to LVSD since 2007. I have referred several family and friends. Whats best about Smile Designs is they go far beyond the "standard" level of care. The staff does a thorough examination to PREVENT problems instead of just treating them after they occur. They will show you what they see and explain everything before implementing a care plan. Your visits are like going to see old friends. Everyone is down to earth and has a sense of humor, but most importantly they are true professionals and honestly care about you. You can go to any dentist to treat a toothache but you have to come here if you truly care about your oral health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Petrillo for many years. The everyone is so friendly and always smiling. Aside from my normal cleanings with Sharon and checkups with Dr. K, I have been fortunate enough to not need any extensive types of restoration. I have however utilized their cosmetic dentistry and I am loving the results! Dr Petrillo has removed all of my metal fillings and replaced them with white resin. I have also benefitted from Invisalign and tooth whitening. The results are great and I always get complements on my smile! A big THANK YOU to everyone at Lehigh Valley Smile Designs!

In 2009, I heard an ad on a local radio station for Lehigh Valley Smile Designs. They were offering a free evaluation for Invisalign braces. At the age of 56 I decided to take advantage of it, and the rest is history. From my very first visit, Dr. Petrillo and his entire staff made me feel welcomed, relaxed and confident that I was making the right decision. I completed my Invisalign treatment in about 2 years and am extremely happy with the results. Seven years later, I continue to use Lehigh Valley Smile Designs for my routine dental care. I highly recommend them.

Our family would never consider going anywhere else. Although Dr. Petrillo is no longer active in performing procedures he is still very involved with the patients and their dental needs. The staff and Dr.s are with you every step of the way from the scheduling, billing, procedures and follow up. You can feel confident knowing your needs are number one. I was in town on a business trip and a filling fell out. I thought I could wait until I got back to Minnesota but it got too painful. After doing a Google search I ended up at Lehigh Valley and was I pleased with my choice. They got me in for an emergency appointment, the staff was very helpful, and Dr. Kabitzke was thorough and detailed in getting me fixed up. I was “back in action” later that day and owe it to the folks at Lehigh Valley. Thanks again!

As always, I was treated promptly and professionally. Everyone is welcoming and courteous. Even though we live out of state most of the year, we are still made to feel at home and at ease. Visiting the Dentist is not always a pleasant experience, but Lehigh Valley Smile Designs makes it as comfortable as possible. We have been patients here for many years and will continue to use this practice whenever we need it.
