I ordered flea medicine through 1800 pet meds 3 weeks ago, they faxed the order to the doctors office, I went 3 times to the doctors office and they said they received it, doctors office changes the doze and so far 1800 pet meds have not yet received the fax back from the doctors office and as of today still no fax has been send and I called several times the doctors office and no one is answering the phones. I guess I have to go again to the doctors office to find out why are they not faxing back the order to pet meds. After this I will change doctors. Doctor is great, but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WHOM EVER IS EN CHARGED OF ANSWERING THE PHONES AND SENDING OUT FAXES.

Weve trusted Dr. Scott Grant with our pets since the mid 1990s when we first moved to the area. He has provided excellent care for all our dogs from 4lb Maltese to 70lb Dobermans. His office staff handles our dogs as if they were their own. We also use New Concept for occasional boarding and our dogs always seem to be happy to go back there. Dr. Scott and Bea Grant are the best!

Dr.Grant is one of the best Veterinarians I have been to! He has taken care of my parents dog for 15 yrs and they would never think about going anywhere else! He has a wonderful bedside manner with your pet and you. His online pharmacy saves me so much time on getting my pups flea and heartworm medication and shipping is usually free and very quick!

The receptionist girl here was terrible. It was so obvious she didnt want to be there or be helpful at all. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
