It unbelievabe that Ive been going to Pam Ashburn for a year but the last time not to long after I had lab work done I needed an appointment for Colonoscopy and called front desk and told them what I needed and the lady said I would have to come in to get that appointment unreal?? When I did go in Pam A. asked me did I not have a Doctor? I thought she was my Doctor! I told her I have no one else to make the appointment for me, I cant do it myself. I then left thinking she was going to set the appointment up. I waited and waited no calls. A month went by no one called from her office. I was not going to waste my time any more so I decided to leave for good and find a real Doctor! This has been the 4th so called Doctors in Plesant View that I have terminated!! I made a appointment to see a Doctor at Frist Clinic at Tri-Star Hospital. Its been the best thing Ive ever done and I have great care there! There are specialist all around his location!! It amazes me that only one has left a 5 star and comes all the way from Goodlettsville get real?

Good for small simple visits for colds or basic physicals, but the ladies at the front desk need to get it together. I was told that Regents DID implant Nexplanon and DID NOT do biometric screenings for the ParTNership Promise (visits to fulfill this are free). Made an appointment, showed up, paid my copay, came to find out that I would be getting a referral to Vanderbilts Womens Health in Springfield because Regents does not do long term birth control but they do indeed do the biometric screening. Got my refund and was promised Id get a call from Vanderbilt, never did. Called Regents back, they continued to insist Id get a call, still never did. Ended up calling Vanderbilt (got treated badly from them, mind you)...Took matters into my own hands and now Im going somewhere else for my health needs. All of this after three calls where I asked each time "You do this procedure? And you dont do this one?"

Used to see Pamela Ashburn and when talking about my anxiety and depression she would laugh and make comments to blow off the issue. Due to my present doctor moving, I decided to give her another try. HUGE MISTAKE. All of the doctors there are on high alert of pain medications. It has gotten to the point that their only focus is such. Even though I do have back problems and siatic nerve issues that is not the reason for my visit. Wanted to discuss my mental health and after finally telling her that she not even as much as asked me how I was doing before jumping down my throat about something I wasnt even there for, her response as Im walking out the door is "Dont give up". Really, Ive been upset by this all day. She is an absolute joke and needs to find another job if she doesnt have any compassion for patients.

It sucks, went in today for burns and because Ive been treated for pain in my hand they thought I was there for that hand when it was actually burns to my other hand they refused care thinking I wanted pain pills when actually I didnt want the burns infected so Marie came in yelling for everyone including waiting area to hear she wasnt giving me pain meds. Well winch if youd actually taken the time to look at me you would have seen the bad burns to my hand I just didnt want them infected. But thank you for showing how truly you care for your patients because Ill never step foot in there again and neither will anyone I know.

Ive been coming here to see Marie for six years now, I drive all the way from Goodlettsville since this is the only office Ive found that treats me as a human being. Ive worked in the medical billing field my entire life and can tell you from experience that Regents is a well run office that cares about its patients. Ive never had a problem with them, kidney stones, ovarian cysts, colitis, idiopathic hypersomnia... I get a specialist referral ASAP and everything is taken care of. Refills on maintenance drugs are hassle free.

This facility cant get it together from the CEO down! All staff throwing each other under the bus and no one takes responsibility for anything!!! The only patients using this medical group are using them because they are close to Ashland City/ Pleasant View. If your looking for convenience you better look elsewhere! No updates, no returned calls, and definitely, absolutely NO customer service!!!!! Runnnnn!

Pam Ashburn cares nothing about her patients health, well being or state of mind. Worst n.p. I have ever seen. I wouldnt take my dog to this place!!!!! They have know idea what their doing. In closing shes a moron! !!

Literally the most awful unfriendly front desk/ costumer service Ive ever came across. You still have to pay the same high dollar amount to see a nurse practitioner. Their rates are very high.

Not bad. But only good for simple things. I have never actually seen a doctor there, only a CRNA. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, but as I said it is for basic care only.

I have been well taken care of while under their care and havent heard complaints from other people either.

You would be better off seeing a vet. They have more knowledge than this joke of a place.
