The front desk staff needs to be replaced. Ive never had such horrible service from a doctors office before. Ive had a referral to see this doctor since April 6, no one contacted me so I reached out to them on Wednesday April 20 to make the appointment. Was told the doctor name needed to be placed on my referral. I then call TriCare and they took care of it right away. Was told to give it a few hours before I call the doctors back. Called he doctors back and they told me it would be a few day. I asked could someone call me so I can stop playing guess when to call. They took my number and assured me they would give me a call back. Monday, April 25 still no call back so I gave them a call. Was told the doctor isnt taking any more patients and Ill have to call my primary care provider to have it changed. What a waste of time!!

Tennessees gain was Californias loss, Dr Ennis was my doctor for several years guiding me through treatment which was successful in 2014 and continues with the majority of my counts returning to normal and continually improving. During our 15 years together I received follow up calls from him inquiring as to how I was doing along with returning my calls as soon as he was available, I always felt I had a doctor who was truly caring and honest with me at all times. Thanks Dr. Ennis and have fun on the next part of your journey!

I just spent over an hour sitting in this office waiting room in tennova drs office building, what a JOKE!!! Before I became angry because of my wait and seeing the waiting room fill and empty 2 separate times, I watched 2 other patients leave because they had been sitting for over an hour as well. My suggestion to anyone considering any of the tnova drs, consider, there is a reason Clarksvilles ranked in the top 10 worst cities to get sick in. Can you tell I am angry?

Had a referral and appointment to Dr. Hyders office. When I called to ask about my copay, I was told they didnt charge a copay for the actual procedure but they couldnt say if the surgical center they used required a copay. At the very least, they could offer the phone number to the center so I could ask. Ended up cancelling my appt. and changing my referral to another gastroenterologist. Might be a great doctor but a unhelpful staff member loses my business.

These reviews are not for Dr Ennis, he didnt begin work in TN until July of 16. Dr. Ennis is a very fine individual and Ill have a hard time replacing him. Our loss is your gain. Both my wife and I were long term patients.

One of my favorite physicians. Hes even called my wife on the weekend to see how she was doing. He will spend as much time with you as required, and explain things in a way you understand.
