This location has disappointed me time and time again. The location in Brentwood was MUCH better, but the actual attending physician, Dr. Dhillon at the Spring Hill location, is extremely hard to work with and struggles to communicate respectfully at times. The P.As are pretty good, but everything has to go through Dr. Dhillon. Its one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had with a medical provider. Its caused me more stress than anything else.

Dr. Dhillon is fine, however, its all the receptionist. They cant send off referrals or requests during a timely manner and NEVER say they are sorry for anything. Thats pretty upsetting. There are plenty of other places out there that have better help. These people just arent in a hurry for YOUR needs.
