A few years back I lost my health insurance. I finally have some and tried two other primary care physicians in the past year or so. When I lost my health insurance I was originally going to St. Thomas Medical Partners. So after the other primary care physicians did not work out I decided to go back. I am so glad I did because the people and doctors that work here are great. Not only are they thorough and professional but they are very pleasant to be around. I will definitely be staying here for all my primary care physician needs.

I agree with Mrs.Giddens. The front desk in my opinion is somewhat rude,I was trying to make an appointment but a lady there kept stalling after telling me wait an hour to make an appointment.Then I spoke as clear as I could but she treated me as if I didnt understand English just because i had an accent.She acted really deplorable,as Mrs.Giddens said, like she didnt want us there.

Worst Front Desk Customer Care. If I had my appointment receipt I would list their name. Go anywhere else but here. Im in pain and the lady is talking to me like I shouldnt be there.

One of the best clinics Ive ever been to.Im a diabetic and the staff treated me like I was family. Always friendly and helpful. Not to mention fast. (Unless they are slammed)
