I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffmans for 12 years and I have never had any problems. The receptionist is polite and very helpful. She even helps answer questions that I have about my insurance coverage. I trust Dr. Hoffman totally. He shows so much concern for my eye health and vision. Also, he explains things in a way that I can understand. Dr. Hoffman would never do tests that he does not feel are necessary because he truly wants his patients to have the best care possible. As far as contact lenses, he is the best. I referred a friend who could never wear contact lenses and he fit her with contacts lenses without any problems. He also explained the proper wearing time and care of the lenses. My whole family sees Dr. Hoffman and will continue to do so. I would never even think of changing doctors.

This is the last time we will go to Dr. Hoffman. I agree with Jenny, first they are rude and second they do tests that you do not authorize and bill your insurance over and abuobe what is included in a regular exam. They seem to love to have Bibles laying all over their office, I guess to justify robbing poeple of their hard earned money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THEM YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE WHEN YOU GO IN. THEY WILL ONLY BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO PAY FOR THEIR FANCY EQUIPMENT. GREEDY AND RUDE SUMS THEM UP IN TWO WORDS!

Our family has been going to Dr. Hoffman for 15 years now. Hopefully it will be many more. He and his assistant Nancy are the best people around. Very personable, professional and overall just great service and care. In these times where we seem like just a number this is not the case with them. I have not written many reviews for things. This just seemed well deserved and overdue. Thanks for everything Hoffman Eyecare!

I called to get an estimate on contact lens fitting fees. The receptionist said she could not provide a range of prices without specific prescription info. I gave her the brand I wear which still wasnt enough. She HUNG UP on me. Surprising, but Im glad I found out how they treat people without going in for an appointment.
