They were friendly and had a clean environment. When I walked in I was quickly greeted, got the paperwork signed and had a partial examine. There were 3 people sitting at the desk and they were very responsive and helpful. However, after check-in I sat and waited over an hour for the 1 doctor to sit me down and finish the exam. The final step took only about 15 minutes. I dont want to know what type of business can afford to have 3 greeters sitting around waiting for that bad of a bottleneck. And I obviously wont be going back if I have to wait an hour for a 15-minute exam. Edit: After using my new prescription for 2 months I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 because the final result was good. They are friendly and they do good work. Minus 1 star for having to wait an hour to see the doctor.

They are very disorganized. After my appt, they said they were out of stock on my contacts and that they would call me when they came in. I never got a call, so I went in a month later. They had marked my chart that I had received contacts the day of my appt. so I spent a half hour explaining to them that I never got them. They gave me the boxes my insurance already paid for, but not without saying to bring back the other ones when I find them (like I lost them!). And then when I went in to get another 2 boxes, they couldnt find me in their computer system and my paper chart was nowhere to be found. I do not recommend going here.

I used to come here for my regular eye exam yearly. Had a terrible experience recently when I went in to get my prescription. I wanted my PD to get a spare pair of glasses, which my insurance wont cover. I was told (very rudely) that I needed to pay $20 to get my PD even though they had it listed on file. Note that I already ordered an expensive pair of glasses from them this year! I wont be visiting this place in the future purely on the bad customer service.
