The staff is very rude, incompetent, and slow. They will give you a fresh answer even if you ask a simple question. Not to mention I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. The doctor is constantly trying to sell you things like add-ons to your eyeglasses that arent necessary. There is an extra charge for everything. He prescribes everyone Restasis, which does more harm than good, and the glasses he gave me havent helped my vision at all. Would not recommend anyone to go there - the parking situation is awful, too!

Either Florence Basiliere is a liar, or she is or works for a local competitor. Dr. Benetatos has NEVER tried to take advantage of me or my mother (people who DO rob others, take advantage of seniors). He and his staff are both professional AND very kind. If I could give Haskell Eye Center 20 stars, I would. But you dont have to believe me, Im just some guy on the internet. Go see for yourself.

I have been going to Haskell Eye Center for several years now. My husband, mother and mother-in-law also go there on my recommendation. I have always felt I have received the best of care. Twice the doctor saw me on a last minute emergency basis which eased by mind regarding my problem. The whole office, staff and doctor, are kind and helpful.

The doctor and staff are great, easy to talk to also. I have a condition that requires me to see some of the best surgeons in the world and I can tell you from experience that you will receive a fabulous checkup from this doctor. They have a real good stock of glasses too.

Horrible dr. Takes advantage of you if you have a health reimbursement account. Ordered and charged over $300 of unnecessary tests. Then recommends a dr that doesnt even take care of potential problem, that was not there Begin with. Be aware. Will NEVER go there again.

Although you may have a wait in the office. Dr. Mike and his staff are great. I think the reason you have to wait is because Dr. Mike takes the time with his patients to make sure they understand what is going on and the problems he may look for with their eyes.

The staff was excellent! They helped me choose the frames and adjusted them perfectly! The Doc explained every step as he examined my eyes and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely made the right choice in choosing them for my eye care.
