I took my dog here for a teeth cleaning. I called twice prior to scheduling to verify the prices related to the cleaning. I was told the price of the cleaning, extractions would be extra (price range given), and antibiotics are included. I didnt need to see the vet beforehand, I could just schedule the appointment. I was unsure what was all involved with a cleaning, so I didnt necessarily know all the questions to ask (I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were telling me everything Id need to know). Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. The day of the surgery, the clinic gave me problems about requiring a Bordetella shot that they NEVER told me was needed prior. I had to fight them on this to NOT give the shot to my dog (the shot wouldnt be effective same day, anyways. Had they given me notice, I couldve handled this beforehand). Then, I get a call while my dog was under saying he may need up to 4 teeth pulled, but they wouldnt know until they actually did the cleaning. They asked if Id give permission to pull them (with NO information as to WHY they need to be pulled). Why wouldnt they wait to call until they did the cleaning and knew for certain which needed to be pulled? I got a call after he was all done, only 2 needed to be pulled. She told me the total which was MUCH higher than I was expecting. I went to pick up my dog, the total had increased since she called! I was charged for all these extra things: TWO bottles of antibiotics (of course ONE is included, so they gave me two so they could charge me extra. NEVER told about that), some food supplement stuff so "he wouldnt feel nauseous", and some pain medication that they also never told me about. It ended up costing WAY more than anticipated based on the fact that the incompetent front desk girls didnt inform me of any of this extra crap. I feel as though this vet is solely out for the money and will charge all these extra things to meet their "quota". Took my dog to his follow up appointment. The vet who saw him wasnt even the one who did the surgery. She didnt even bother to look in his mouth to make sure he was healing,. Waste of time and extra stress on my dog. Will NEVER go here again and will not recommend this vet to anyone. These front desk people need to be better educated and informed.

I brought my dog to the clinic, I have to say although this place is 10 mins from my home its a complete rip off. From hidden charges to no greeting when you walk in to this establishment. And if that was it, I wouldnt be writing this review. After 10 days finally back from vacation I picked up my dog only to see that his bed was completely wet from mixture of urine and water. Once at home my dog right away pooped a mountain and another one 30 minutes later. Meaning they did not take him for walks ... in addition I just found out that allegedly there was a dog that died while at the clinic while its owners went on vacation. I would highly recommend you take your pet to a different vet. Let me rephrase if you care about your pet do your self a favor and stay away from this place. UPDATE: Person from this establishment called and wanted to talk about the review I wrote. And I was willing to have my concernes addressed. But instead of addressing what I wrote as far as the treatment of me and my canine, I was essentially called a liar. My dog has been brought here by my care taker on mandatory quarantine as a result of an incident my dog was involved in while we were on vacation. This was the main concern of the person calling not how I was treated at the establishment and certainly not how my dog was treated.

We have been to this clinic several times and have finally had enough. Today we were the 3rd appointment of the day, arived 5 min early, and waited over a half hour into our appointment time before leaving. We never saw the vet in the 40 min we were there, and when we asked how much longer the wait would be (after waiting for 20 min at this point) we were told in not so polite terms to shut up and sit down. The staff is incompetent, couldnt even figure out my shih tzu from my bichon. Yes its a cheaper vet practice, but believe me you are getting exactly what you pay for: nothing.

Hands down, they are always there for us. The staff takes the time to listen and find the answers to questions, and the vets respect your opinions and input. Reasonable professionals. I have had many, many dogs, have bred and shown dogs and whether holistic, or the latest info. on vacs or food, or spaying, etc... they will help you achieve what you prefer with your pet with an open mind.

We have been bringing our dog buddy here. Staff is very friendly and great with the animals. They show compassion for the animals they care for and are very helpful with scheduling his shots. We travel pretty far to come here (about 30 mins) because its a great place. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible. Dr gave wrong dosage to my puppy. Didnt even know the proper weight of my puppy even after they weighed her. He barely examined my puppy too. The staff is very stand off ish as well. Especially on the phone. Never going here again.

We had just moved to the area and hadnt found a vet. We needed care for our dog and they got us in right away without an appointment. The doctor was very kind and thorough. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming!

Great clinic, and clean. The manager Stephanie was very nice as well as Dr. Ali. They take good care of the animals that stay in the kennels. Will definitely go back there again!
